What wasn't good: Customer service. When we arrived the system was down so they had to write down everything--this was not a problem. I absolutely understand that technology is good when it works and then it's not when it doesn't. Normally when you check-in to a hotel, they will tell you the amenities. They told me absolutely not ONE thing. Nothing about breakfast, nothing about the pool, nothing about the rooms and the channels. Literally--not ONE thing. 2ndly - My moms toilet overflowed while she was on it. She is visually impaired so its harder for her, she has to go by what she feels. She called down to the front desk 3x by the time I got there. She had been waiting 30 minutes for the maintenance man to come. When I got there the young lady at the front desk informed me that they only had one maintenance person between two hotels. However, when the maintenance man arrived he told my mom the young lady forgot to call him the first time, told him the wrong room the 2nd time and 3rd time finally got it right. So whose telling the truth? Either way, we ended up getting another room. 3rd - Furniture is old, carpet is old, no list of channels. My mom will not return there.

Checked into a room that was already occupied. Computer was down so they didn't have my hilton honors entered in. 1 elevatordidn't work properly. Breakfast wasn't free. There was heavy construction and very little parking. Not to mention not enough seating at the pool.

We didn’t spend much time here between flights, but staff was helpful and airport transportation was timely and friendly.

The staff was nice, but the bed was uncomfortable and the overall experience was poor.

My room smelled like a wet dog smoking cigarettes and the air conditioner and thermostat communicated like parents in their last year of marriage.

It was all so wonderful and great.

Outside and lobby area are nice, however, the rooms are very outdated, smelled damp almost like mildew. Carpet needs to be shampooed. Love that there was a bar and restaurant in the hotel, which was very convenient. There was only 1 waitress though who also served as the bartender. Some nights she needed help. The food we had was good, the drinks, not so much. We ended up just getting beer and wine. Staff were helpful when needed, just wish the rooms were more modernized.

The hotel was nice I did not use the amenities. I was disappointed that the property did not offer room service as advertised. Went to the bar to order and the bartender was underwhelming. She did take my order but was not very inviting. My room was also nice. So mixed but overall good. Solid 4 stars

Old carpet in the halls. Service in the restaurant was slow.

Left a Shirt hanging in the closet. Called back a few hours later but no one could find it. I, 100% know where i left it. I know its my fault for forgetting it but thought there might be some honest house keepers. Requested a manager call back but of course never heard back.

Bath tub had stains, understaffed and rude front desk staff. Do better

The room was not clean. Looked like dog food kibble on the floor when we arrived. It was still there when we left. The “accessible bathroom was not accessible. You still had to climb over a high tub to get in and sit on a bench. Beds were never made and I had to ask for clean towels. They did not bring wash clothes so I had to go downstairs to get some.

Overall, we were very pleased with our two night stay. The lobby was bright and cheerful, and staff were very welcoming. Our room was clean and had the basic amenities. Our only complaints would be that during our stay there were several moderately sized tree branches that had been put into a pile and just left on the property for our entire three day two night visit. It just detracted from the overall curb appeal. In addition, while signage states that food is available until 10 PM, we found this to not be the case. We were offered only fried food or a premade salad as an option at 9 PM. If it couldn’t go in a deep fryer, they couldn’t make it. In addition, the bar staff could definitely use some training with mixed drink making. On our last morning, Sunday, the hostess running the breakfast area was significantly more interested in scrolling on her phone and watching the bar television, then assisting us with basic needs such as napkins, ketchup, eating, utensils, etc. We even had to ask her for our bill. Other than these little bumps, we very much enjoyed our stay, were pleased with the accommodations, and happy with most of the staff.

Had to switch rooms 3 times the rooms were nasty … this was ridiculous !!!!
