Nice, big room with clean kitchenette. Comfortable beds. The biggest perk was having free laundry machines (provide your own soap). Breakfast had a large variety of options and coffee better than most. Parking was a bit interesting, with the primary lot being behind the hotel. Area seemed safe and staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to a lot of amenities.

We were informed there was a charge for "essentials" however we did not make any purchases outside of the hotel stay and the staff were not able to provide details of what they thought we purchased. We were able to obtain clarification from our bank that it was actually a card hold and the amount withdrawn from our account was only for the stay but it would have been nice to have this information from the hotel directly.

There was constant jumping and running in the room above us. When discussing it with the front desk clerk she dismissed us and didn’t help in anyway. The jumping and the running continued for our 2 day stay.

They overbooked and left me stranded when I arrived at 1am in the morning and all other hotels were booked so I had to sleep in my car

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Very centrally located among restaurants and shopping! Top Golf is about a 3 minute drive from here as well.

Everything was wonderful at the hotel! Only minor complaint was the $10 per night self parking fee.
