They literally charged my card for $100 when my job already paid for everything. He told me he wanted to put my card on hold for accidental and then swipe it for a deposit that was already paid. And I still haven’t received it.!

Building smelt of mold and wetness. Flies and net in room

I had to buy industrial air freshener to clear the air in the room enough to stay. There was Black hair in the tub, requested re cleaned that didn't happen either. I requested extra towels , they were not brought to my room. I had to go to the desk to get them. The coffee also was not drinkable. Over all this was a very poorly managed, it was poorly cleaned and the smell was horrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Location Staff not too friendly

Awful. The parking lot and landscape was covered in trash and cigarette butts. the carpet inside was very old and dirty. The room smelled bad and all of the furniture was broken. The bathroom was dirty. Gnats throughout. After being there for only 4 hours and just laying down to rest i started to itch. Turned on the light to find BEDBUGS. Immediately packed up and left. They offered another room and my response was not polite. They wouldn't even go see. No refund issued.

Easy access to interstate

Nothing at all very uncomfortable I was walked in on twice once while I was sleeping and I thought I was tripping but I heard the door close the 2nd time it was confirmed when the man walked back in while I was awake getting dressed but was actually naked at the time and because I booked 3rd party I was not able to be accommodated

Bed was ok Blanket was stained. Pillows were stained. Exhaust fan was very dirty. Mold in the showered. A lot of TLC needed.

Horrible rundown property and poorly managed. I booked within an hour on Booking.com went there immediately tried to cancel. They said that I could cancel my stay and get a refund. I canceled through Booking.com and they did not answer. My next three phone calls ignored the request from Booking.com and claimed that I had stayed there checked in and checked out the next day. Everything dirty, rundown poorly managed, and I didn’t even go inside.

Very poor

This was just a quick overnight rest stop. The mirror in the bathroom had water marks all over and obviously hasn't been cleaned. There were used bars of soap by the sink. The door to the bathroom stuck whenever closed, to where i corkscrew open it without help. The room itself was relatively clean but relatively musty smelling. When u went to the front desk to address it, there was nobody there, not was there anybody at the desk when I went to check out. Location was convenient for a quick sleep before continuing our drive.

Nothing It was filthy, the tub wasn't clean. There was dirt in every corner. I was worried about getting bed bugs!!! The light switches looked like no one cleaned them in years. We skipped breakfast because they were so nasty that we didn't trust eating there!!!

Nothing. It was rundown, dirty, unkempt, uncontrolled weeds, the welcome mat at the entrance was extensively worn and should have been replaced years ago, the door to the laundry room was located just off the lobby and was left wide open to show its clutter. The carpet in the room was ancient and dirty, especially along the edges of furniture and the perimeter of the room, revealing it hadn’t been vacuumed well in months, the knob holding the lampshade on was missing and the shade hung lopsided, the mirror in the bathroom was was damaged with the reflective material missing, there were no wash cloths available, the A/C functioned terribly bad, causing the carpet and bed linens to feel wet to the touch, furniture was chipped with pieces of edges missing, trim throughout the room was also chipped and unsightly. BOOKING.COM should be embarrassed to list this hotel on their site.

Close to the highway and restaurants

The beding was not clean and staff not too helpful.

Sink did not drain. Large potholes in parking lot. Outside trashcan overflowing. Rooms smell musty. You get the picture.

Exceptional

Microwave in room was reported as non-functional on check-in and nothing was done to address it. Got a flat tire after hitting a deep pot hole at the entrance to parking lot. It was difficult to see it in the dark when we first arrived. We notified different people at the front desk during our stay and nothing was done like placing a safety cone to mark the spot or posting a caution sign on the property.

AC was loud and squeaky, food was horrible and pre made, and then heated, I've never tasted eggs that bad. Service was no existent.
