Front desk personnel was nice Filthy, my room smelled like a men’s locker room, pillows did to , then I found someone else’s dirty clothes in the closet, wall in front of toilet was filthy , wondering if sheets were changed now…. Felt SO gross! Continental breakfast was a joke … don’t bother

The staff was amazing, very helpful and very nice. The hotel could use some updates. The bed was pretty worn out not comfortable. The free breakfast was not what we expected but worked in a pinch.

Fresh fruit every morning. Always juice and coffee available. Overall it wasn't bad. The elevator could use some service as it occasionally gets stuck on 2nd floor. AC wasn't on till I got to room.

The rooms were decently sized and well laid-out. Two queen bed were perfect for our family. It was well located to the west of Columbus, so no issues there. The breakfast was….not good. It was bread, cereal, and some oranges. At least the coffee was decent. My girls complained the room wasn’t clean. Not as in not tidy but as in deeply dirty underneath things. That is something they notice more than me and we were only there 1 night else they have made me change hotels!

This is the only hotel that we have felt okay with walking in our bare feet while in the room. The staff was excellent, and parking was usually adequate for my mobility needs (there were enough handicap parking spaces, except for one time during our 4-day stay). I'm glad there were luggage conveyors so we could get all of our stuff to our room in one fell swoop. I wish I could choose my room. Our room was pretty far from the elevator, but I did okay. I suppose I could have called, but since I got the reservation through Hotels.com, I'm not sure if that would have been an option. We had an excellent stay.
