-The Room, -The staffs are very polite and respectful, Rachel is very polite, has good customer services, however, all the staffs very nice and helpful. No hand towels, despite, asking the staffs repeatedly, we have to be using bath towels or drying our hands with our clothes. There was leakage in the shower room, nothing was despite informing the staffs repeatedly, The hotel staffs were not aware of our booking reservation on our arrival, we were asked to wait for them to verify from their senior, it was very disappointing for us in the presence of our driver, Not much options for breakfast, such just rice and yam or just rice, also the breakfast is not a buffet,

I didn't get the chance to eat Breakfast however I had a wonderful lunch and it was one great delicious meal. The rooms are big and exceptionally neat and beautiful.

The facilities, grounds and room sizes were impressive. Good quality furniture Very secure location The staff seemed unprofessional and ameture especially by international standards. Staff were very disorganised with basic requirements. Including providing the correct room at the pre booked price. The food was very disappointing for the value of the hotel. Despite booking for two adults they only provided the service for 1 adult eg towels and breakfast They charged for toothbrush and toothpaste There were too many interruptions by staff before 8am.
