In general the hotel is not at a Wyndham standard

The shower was dirty and the sofa smelled bad. Poor customer service

Otherwise the property is in disrepair everywhere 2 of 3 elevators are out of service No food in the whole establishment except the gift shop Baseboards are dirty 3 lights in my room (623) were out and someone came to look at them and never returned to fix even though I asked Hair in the bathtub when I checked in Hair stuck in one rolled up “clean” towel Towels stank even though they appeared laundered No offer to credit for any of the repairs needed And took an extra $100 deposit at check in. If I could mark Zero/5 I would.

It was great as always…except the elevators!

Fair accommodations . Basic

The hotel was close to our desired traveled plans. The bedding had some minor blood stains and pool was under maintenance the first few days of our stay. There also was no breakfast at the time.

Drug activity, police on property from issues. Was approached by residents there asking for money and cash app. Very uncomfortable and felt unsafe they would not give refund for me to stay somewhere else.

Awful experience

Very dirty, only 1 elevator works, staff is rude. The grounds and grass , outside is also terrible. This place needs MAJOR RENOVATIONS. It also has a terrible smell in the hotel.

yuk!! the place e smells like mold snd smoke, homeless people hanging out on bench at front door, parking lot dark and scary, Stay Away!

I highly recommend you avoid booking at this location. I checked in and went to my room and could not open the door to my room. I had to return to the front desk on the one working elevator (2 were not working, resulting in long waits) with all my luggage. While in the elevator, multiple people complained about the conditions at this property. The pool and hot tub were closed all week due to maintenance. The halls were dirty. The restaurant was closed due to renovations. The property manager is unpleasant and unresponsive to issues. The property appears to be poorly maintained and is not worth the aggravation or the price to stay here. The

Exceptional

The staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond. Very accommodating! Wish the rooms were suites.

Room clean. Elevators out of order. Ice machines not working on floors 2 through 4. No vending machines (and no grab an go items by front desk). Water leaks - floor and carpet wet.
