The lady who served breakfast was very welcoming and friendly. We had a cosy, spacious room. The bathroom was small, but it didn’t matter because everything else was great. The bathroom was small, but it was not a problem at all.

Very welcoming our case was taken straight to our room which was clean and tidy, , lovely breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the promenade and close to alot of places to visit the owners are lovely , we will definitely stay there again .

Decor was inoffensive and room was clean. Had a (health and safety compliant) opening window, by the bed -which was great in a heatwave. Breakfast was good. Shower was fine. Nothing to report. Accommodation was as reviewed, it is a bit tired but is maintained well.

Spotlessly clean, great location The hotel was "very tired" and in desperate need of investment e.g. carpets and dining room chairs ripped and flaking First impressions of breakfast not great. i.e orange juice and muesli were awful. Didn't sample cooked breakfast.
