Best Western Plus Commerce Hotel

We stay a week and everyone was really friendly and so clean

Clean room and staff was great helps with all the questions and concerns I had .

Helpful staff.

The staff were very friendly and nice. Hotel was close to freeway access. Breakfast was decent. The parking lot had limited spaces and area of hotel was questionably safe. Black ants were in the bathroom and hotel room was worn down.

I love the seating area, thw decor, the water stations with different fruits in the water. the parking could be extended (sorry for the Dennys fire) but get rid of that and parking would be fabulous

Front desk

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and Oscar at the front desk was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, my experience was completely overshadowed by Eduardo at the front desk. His attitude was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—something I would not expect even from a budget hotel, let alone a 5-star property. He treated guests with a complete lack of respect and made what should have been a pleasant stay unnecessarily frustrating. Because of Eduardo's behavior, I cannot justify giving this hotel more than 3 stars. Management should seriously address the level of customer service being provided at the front desk, as one employee can damage the reputation of an otherwise excellent hotel. Check in was super easy. Room was spacious and clean, very clean. Bed and other furniture were comfortable. Staff was polite and professional. Parking lot was spacious with plenty available parking. I don't have any complaints.

Very clean and friendly staff but the king size bed was very hard and the pillows were flimsy . Close to a major freeway which was convenient for us. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken. Room can definitely use a reno but was ok for the price. The breakfast was just ok. Very good coffee. There was construction going on and a lot of big rigs in the small parking lot but surprisingly not noisy at all. All in all was just ok for a first trip to LA. Will look for somewhere less commercial next time.
