Location All the construction going on , no warning about when booked payed same price of three other hotels next to. Rooms where out dated i know they are remodeling it ,heads up would have been nice. Not how pictures show on website. Window unit was the ac for room, was not enough to keep room cool . Very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

It was a construction site. Run down, old and shoddy.

It was an ok stay but the breakfast was not impressive. Staff wasn't that helpful and didn't mention the water wasn't working. We had to call down and ask why we had zero water in our rooms.

The rooms were very clean and large. We loved having a bedroom separate from the living area. The beds were small. They weren't true queen beds.

It was a nice hotel, clean, and had nice staff. The only complaint I had would be the beds are advertised as queens and they MAY have been a full.

Facilities in renovation, everything new and really clean. The staff was nice and very helpful. No complaints

It’s close to the race track. The receptionist was friendly and tried her best to make the mistake, right again. There was no parking, even for the handicapped. They gave our room to someone else. Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Room was clean but a bit outdated. No swimming pool as advertised. My bedding was torn at the bottom corner as if a dog chewed it. Breakfast was very limited and plain. At $280 per night? Never again.

Great location to the Charlotte motor speedway, under construction at the moment and maybe that’s why a lot of things just were not up to par. Maybe after the upgrades would consider staying again.

I like the young lady who explained and apologized for the renovations. I love how attentive the housekeeping staff was. I love the concept of the room. The room lacked a direct connection to the front desk. The phone was plugged up but useless. The breakfast is not one of any of the previous IHG properties I've stayed. The staff did not try to keep the breakfast area clean or stocked with coffee. The biscuits and sausage looked expressed out of a microwave. I understand thy are transitioning. I would have waited until one floor was completely refurbished and stocked. I had to inquire about an iron/iron board. The last night of our stay the toilet decided it wanted to be difficult. Paul did suggest moving us to another room. We had too much luggage and it was too late in the evening to pack up and relocate.

It was understand construction. Would have been nice to know before booking. Check in was easy and the staff was nice. Not many parking spaces due to construction. I was given a newly remodeled room. Room was clean. Bathtub faucet leaked the whole time. Bathroom lights are not bright enough. Ironing board was broken and kept falling down. Parts of the carpet were falling apart on the ends, paint on carpet in spots. Comforter on bed was ripped. Towels had stains on them. Tv only had sports channels. Probably will not stay here again in the future.
