The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Meeting an Afrikaans speaking South African as one of the staff was very special. Neel went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was perfect.

What a wonderful hotel! Right in the middle of Conques. Room and bed clean and so comfortable. Dinner was delightful. Very organized and accommodating

Just a few steps from the Abbey of St. Foi, a great location. Staff was very kind and helpful. The room is spacious, and the breakfast was very generous. I don't have any complaints, but for the mobility challenged guest, you should know there is no elevator (and my room was on the 4th floor).

Need a shower, not just bathtub and spray hose. At least a curtain and shower head that mounts on wall.

Poor man serving breakfast in the morning was alone and was overwhelmed. Help did come a little later though.

Very friendly staff. Good size room Disappointed with breakfast. The croissant was stall and the fruit was not fresh. The banana they gave me was black and rotten on one end. Very surprised they gave it to a guest.

My room had a nice view, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. A friendly waiter who spoke English. The dinner was delicious.

Location Breakfast was not included. Compared to other places it was disappointing.

Spacious, comfortable room with a lovely view of the Cathedral and mountains. We stayed two nights, and enjoyed dinner both nights in the restaurant. A huge plus was to be able to talk in Afrikaans with Neil. The staff is friendly and attentive and assisted us with our laundry.

The location in the centre of the village

We were lucky to have room 9 with two windows, one on the street with side view on the cathedral and one looking out over the mountains. One of the best views ever. Nice restaurant with great food (piece de boucher and homemade mousse au chocolat). Very busy but waitress had everything under control and very friendly. The 3 stairs to the room were pretty steep after 35km of hiking from Estaing, but quickly forgotten once we opened the windows of our room and saw the views.
