No place to sit and eat. No place to work with laptop and make notes. Bathroom is outside the main bedroom. Shower is inside the bath very uncomfortable and narrow, no handles for older persons.

Convenient secure location in beautiful Constantia for what we needed, close to Constantia Village shops and restaurants. Room had a kettle ,toaster ,microwave and little fridge and own bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Glynis and Ian were welcoming, set us up with gate entry and we could come and go as we pleased.

Location was good. However everything else missed the mark Please note we paid the price advertised on booking.com. However the host offered to add the extra bed at no charge as we were still only using 1 room. The 3rd bedroom was advertised as a room in the house with a pool view. We requested an additional bed in this room and the owner agreed this was possible but might be cramped. In reality, when we arrived the 3rd room provided was a plywood box with a tin and styrofoam roof. The photos and description were utterly deceptive, bearing no resemblance to the actual accommodation. I immediately contacted the host to express my dissatisfaction and request alternative accommodation. They were unapologetic and dismissive, refusing any refund or assistance. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation.

The Greenery and big rooms and clean toilets. Room need to have more heating facility for chilly days. but still good.

Great central location in an old Constantia house with high ceilings, adjoining the nursery. The hosts were great about helping install cat proof window guards in our room. We were frustrated by the really uncomfortable bed, dirty bath towels, noisy dogs and ongoing renovations, and the smoking on the balcony outside our room by the other tenants. Be aware that the ducks and chickens (as cute as they are) in the nursery next door go at it all night long! WiFi is really slow.

We felt very welcome and enjoyed the stay - we didn't make use of all the facilities but it look very inviting. The bed wasn't that great.

The place is so shabby, l didn't like it at all. Uncomfortable, untidy and just a no no. Everything was just not up to standard even the room was not cleaned for six days that we were there.
