Great breakfast, clean room, safer than staying at the beach.

We always stay at this property for easy access to the boat ramp. It’s always clean and the breakfast is amazing!

Hallway smelled like fresh paint. The sofa in the room had some stains and I dis not feel safe sitting on it. Curtain shade had lose screw and the stick off when I tried opening curtain. I feel the property, although appeared remodeled, still has a “dated motel” feel and charges too high. Breakfast is limited; “okay.” One positive is the vinyl flooring; no carpet 🙌. This was a last minutes business trip, and it served the purpose Ann last minute needs, but will not be staying at this hotel.

Great place.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. I did like that they gave you a choice of different types of pillows. The shower however was a joke. The shower head was so low my husband had to bend down to get under it I am 5'4 and I barley fit under it as well. There was NO shower pressure at all. The a/c unit was extremely loud which was a good thing because it drowned out the noise of people partying in the parking lot. Breakfast was decent and the staff was very good about keeping the area clean and well stocked. The elevator was a bit scary so we tried to avoid it as much as possible by taking the stairs. Not sure when the last time it was maintained but it felt like it was going to drop at any minute. The hotel is VERY old and is in need of an update. Probably won't stay there again due to the shower thing but it was clean with comfortable beds so I do give it a plus for that.

The location and price were very good for me, but I still have to complain about the cable tv in the room. There has got to be a better system than what is currently in use there. Come on guys, it’s 2026. In the past 9 months I’ve stayed there at least 3 times. It has gotten to the point that I purposely listen to hear if the sliding door at the main entrance has been lubricated. Yesterday’s stay did not disappoint. It has not. I don’t see how anyone could sit at the check in desk and listen to that irritable squeal through the whole shift. I’m headed back there in October and I will again listen to see if it’s been serviced.

For the price this place was not worth it. Very old hotel. The bathroom needed work, specifically the tub. There was a big stain on the ceiling in the room. In the breakfast common area the seats were falling apart. All in all this place was raggedy. Don't waste your money.
