Convenient location The doors were extremely hard to open. I had to ask someone else to help me open my door. They were having computer issues which isn’t their fault but the girl checking out was very rude about it.

Property was clean and staff friendly and helpful. I had an issue with checking in. I booked through Expedia and received notice the day before travel notifying me of a rate change. I could not get in touch with Expedia prior to my travels. The hotel did not have one of my two confirmed (though Expedia) reservations when we arrived. Thankfully rooms were available. I am now trying to resolve the issue of being charged for my stay on that reservation by Expedia and the Hampton.

I was shocked to find the condition of this hotel as it was, given the prior reviews. There is a serious problem with moisture throughout the building. We went to our assigned room to freshen up quickly after checking in, then left for an event. When we returned late at night, we noticed everything was damp, from the carpet throughout the room to bedding. It was late at night so I left a message in the check-in review and we went to sleep. In the morning, we realized half of the ceiling was covered in mold and the mold was slowly growing across the rest of the ceiling. There was evidence of a leak from above, so we assumed this was a localized problem. We stopped by the front desk on the way out and asked to be transferred to a different room upon our return. We were moved to a different room on a different floor at the opposite end of the hotel. There we found similar conditions except for the mold. The only way to keep the moisture down was to blast the AC and be uncomfortably cold. We suffered the remainder of the stay but we will not return to this hotel. It is only a matter of time before this building becomes dangerous to human health, if it isn't already.

From check-in to Breakfast to check out we had a Beautiful Visit . Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfy cozy and super clean. Excellent Shopping in the area right next door. A longer stay .....

Nice and quick communication with staff, cordial welcome, tasty and various breakfasts (clean area), clean room without weird smells. Coffe and water 24/7 at 1st floor. I didn't use the laundry, gym or pool area. I think they just have one entrance to the parking lot which is on a curved road with constantly traffic. I wish they had another entry. Otherwise, nice place to stay.

It was a great experience for a quick get away vacation.

I accidentally put the wrong dates and notified the hotel immediately even though the stay was a week out.seniors make mistakes,it’s sad there’s people taking advantage of that.i was charged full price.shame on you

Beds and pillows need replacing. A/C worked well & breakfast was hot and plenty to choose from. Will not book again until it’s been upgraded or rooms remodeled.

After demanding a refund so I could go to a different hotel they “tried” to advise me that I would be charged for one nights stay out of two. Will never book here again!!

floors were very stick and hand rails broken in the elevators. Rooms were dirty at check in had to redo the beds. Breakfast was watered down and tasted old. We pay alot of money for these rooms and this was extremely unacceptable. Stepped in a hidden red ant pile in the parking lot and staff had no first aid kit to help me with the bits. The rooms weren't cleaned during the day had to go down to get enough towels in the room for my family.. bath tub filled with water in the shower.. This is my 2nd experience in this hotel brand with a horrible experience
