Check in was very quick, room was clean but smelled of febreeze and cigarettes. Breakfast was fairly minimal, but clean.

Close to amenities The room smelled like urine and wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping came in only to change the towels, which were in dire need of being replaced, did not make the beds or refill our coffee

Well maybe you're cutting back on how often the beds get made. Also the person responsible for breakfast today didn't let us know if they were cooking biscuits and how long it would take. I was down for breakfast at 8 and there wasn't any biscuits for the biscuits and gravy. So I had toast and a yogurt I didn't really care for.

Room seemed like it was missing a few things (only one trash can, shower gel dispenser not in its space) but not a big deal, just odd having been here many times before. Nice & quiet.

Was clean, had a beautiful pool and hot tub. The decaf coffee was cold and there was no hot water on 2nd day of stay.

Close to home and accommodation was amazing also not to busy and pool always amazing hot tub too Just need to have towels in pool area stocked. Other then that nothing
