Room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. Thankfully, the window opened.

The only issue I had was having to walk upstairs with bags instead of an elevator. Staff was extremely nice and friendly.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was conveniently located to dining, gas station, etc. and the neighborhood felt very safe.

24 hr coffee; nice breakfast selections; staff were quick to bring us extra towels (stayed 3 nights) and an extra pillow; comfortable beds; microwave & refrigerator worked as they should; great location for shopping & only a 15 minute drive to Bunker Beach water park. Wifi was very moody; TV lost signal several times over 3 days; our shower was plugged and took long to drain; our room door was gaping open 1/4"+ at the bottom.

The breakfast was good, they had a vending machine, pool was good. We got fresh towels often (we were there for a week). Staff was nice overall. 7/10 for cleanliness

Bed, pillows, and location. Was told the pool was open, but it was closed. Breakfast was disappointing. Very limited options. Curtains in rooms old and had holes. Very loud air conditioner.

A bit oversold on the quality of the rooms. Sink seemed very slow to drain. Overall, a value hotel.

We were there four nights and housekeeping did not come for any of the three days. The hotel would not provide any compensation for these issues.

They didn't make the beds, empty the trash, or have clean towels there when we returned to our room! So ow clean is it really?! Never again. There is no elevator!!! The staff were nice, housekeeping was terrible. The hotel itself was ok. The rooms are extra small. The breakfast was ok. The parking is free.
