Location is great, the only real reason why I stayed there and because it was only 2 nights. 1. On check in they assigned me a bed, when I came back to the room the bed was taken by someone else, and the sticker that said my check out date had being replaced, they have no control or record of which beds are taken. 2. Don't expect a pillow in every bed, you have to scavenge to find one that is unused to "steal it". 3. Check in & Check out process is not efficient. 4. Bathrooms feels dirty even if the clean it, doors are dirty, theres rags of fabric as carpets, mold. 5. No hot water at all in any of the showers, at least on the 5th floor. Definitelly if you want cheap you get cheap.

The only good thing was the location The room was dirty. bugs all throughout the room (including bed bugs), cleaners stole items from the room. There was no aircon throughout the entire stay until they replaced it last 2 days

Location is very good, lots of restaurants around and the beach is one block away. For 1 or 2 nights its ok, the building is old, front desk looks messy/dirty, staff was OK, doing their job and thats it. The hostel is basic, you get what you pay for, its cheap. Check in is in the front desk and then you have to go to the first floor so they give you your bed lines and take you to your room, is doesnt feel functional. Beds are not assign, you have to put your own bed lines, my bed didnt have a pillow, so I had to grab one from an empty bed. They assign my bed to someone else while I was out, noticed when I returned at 4am, luckily I was checking out right away. Bathrooms even though they seem clean, the walls are all dirty with stains, toilet paper dispenser gets jammed so is hard to roll it out.

Be aware, there is nothing at all here. Unfortunately I didn’t picture toilets… I booked this room, but upon arrival I couldn’t stay there. Extremely small rooms with very bad beds, shower and toilet are unbelievably: nothing in there, no toilet paper no even old piece of soap, nothing except dirty old curtains. I rebooked my stay with other place immediately. They didn’t return my money.

They didn’t gave me clean bed sheets.

So dirty. Soiled mattresses. Grease and crumbs on the tables. Nasty bathrooms. Grungy kitchen with no cook top or tools.

At least the location was good The security was so poor. The door wasn't locked. I saw a person sleeping without any bed stuff from the receptionist desk. I presumed that he was not a guest but a homeless person. My pants were stolen. There were roaches in the kitchen and toilets. They were crawling on the plates in the kitchen. The bed stuffs were not clean and worn to rags. The toilet had leakage. There were some girls and ladies who were half naked and waiting for somebody. I didn't think they were there for a good reason.

The bathrooms were dirty, and not working well during my stay, and there were many insects in the shower area.
-
- Only positive is location The property was not clean, the staff were unhelpful and rude, and the entire building felt neglected and run down. I understand the room was budget-friendly, but even so, it did not feel like value for money.
