Convenient hotel on a budget, close to S-train and metro to connect to the city/central station. There's also a nearby shopping mall for any last minute need. Bear in mind this is a massive hotel whose concept is just to provide bare essentials, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Breakfast buffet is not worth it, the only reason for taking it is because there are'nt many other options around (7-eleven in the close bus station or shopping mall)

The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable although small. It was hard to find our room as it is a triangular building with all signs leading to breakfast. This is a place for the masses. So many people with so little space. The room was extremely small with the shower over the toilet.

Cosy clean room. Included amenities were a bonus. Food / snacks and drinks were offered at the front desk if needed. The whole check-in and out process is via computers. I chose the hotel due to its close proximity to the city, 20 minute walk. The hotel is next to the coach station and nearby metro stop as well. Staff were friendly when interacted with. The room was cosy for one person, I think more than two people would be too cramped. The small bathroom was fine for only me, but was a little small. Street noise from the front of the hotel was quite loud at night, so had to close the window.

Probably, location is the only plus Bathroom was awful, beds were not comfortable, and they sell hairdryers for almost 15 euros! In 2026 they don’t offer you a hairdryer.

Very simple room but enough for a short stay, you get what you pay for. The room was clean and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Despite having 4 elevators, they are all quite busy especially during the morning, so it can take some time to be able to go down.

The location is great. The Copenhagen Central Bus Station is just across the street. The Copenhagen Central Train Station is extremely walkable, approx 12 mins. The carpet needs deep cleaning. It smelled awful. The shower & sink drains need deodorizing as well. There was a strong musty smell from the bathroom that appears to have some from the drains. Change those thin mattresses. They are stained and old! The cost is too high to have musty and cleanliness issues.

Location, room was nice Laundry services (rules) not clearly defined or area monitored. Guests rudely remove items without consequence

The Hotel was near to central station by walking 15 min. The room is enough for 1 person. It was clean. There is a kettle in the room but there was No Coffee or tea at the room. You can not leave your luggage after check out or before check in because all the locker was full all the time which was really bad.
