Room was a good size nice comfy bed, clean and modern etc. location was good. A few things like didn’t have an iron or kettle or fridge in room. Was quite expensive for what it was!

This is a very stylish hotel in a great location. There was a great selection at breakfast and the food was of good quality. It was very quiet at night. The breakfast staff were so friendly. We had to go outside across a courtyard to get to our room and when it was raining it wasn't ideal

breakfast was excellent. a lot of choice and clean breakfast room. staff were helpful. streaming tv instead of local channels. i like to hear local weather and news, which one cant do with own streaming. First time in 30 years i stayed in a hotel with no local television. would most likely not choose this hotel again.

Rooms were too small for 2 people. Very uncomfortable to get out of bed with no space on one side of the bed. No space. Both my husband and I couldn't open 2 luggages at once.

Nice designed room & working fan. Tranquil. Room as photographed and had electricity sockets near bed. Wifi okay. Near public transport and walking distance to key attractions The shower leaks into the bathroom as flat / weird shape. Reception was overwhelmed and didn’t activate my key card (another customer was complaining that hotel had no record of the parking they had booked on booking.com). I had to go back to reception for key cards. Overpriced for what you get but Copenhagen

Overall, I had a good experience at Motel One Copenhagen. The location was perfect, making it very convenient to explore the city, and I really appreciated the option to rent a bike from the hotel definitely a big plus. Overall, a good stay with a fantastic location and some nice extras, but there is room for improvement when it comes to room comfort and consistency in customer service. My main disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the room, especially for a 4-star hotel. Just a celing fan. On warmer days, the room could become quite uncomfortable. The staff experience was a bit mixed. Some team members were very friendly and helpful, while others could have been more welcoming and customer-service oriented.

Atmospher and service at the bar, variety at breakfast, friendliness of staff was exceptional Lack of air conditioning, the gate was open at most times and thus lack of security, could not charge bar purchases to the room
