Young ladies at the desk when we checked in were very Sweet, polite and a joy to talk with. Room was clean as was all open areas.

This brightly colored hotel and lobby make you feel so welcome and curious and playful. The staff immediately greets and is super pleasant and super competent. After check-in, they quickly follow up with a text so there's an open way to communicate. I appreciated everything about this hotel with the exception of the shuttle service from the airport which left myself and another traveler waiting for about an hour and a half. To Tru by Hilton's credit, they followed up with me by email after I arrived home with an apology and ideas for making it right. Really outstanding customer service every step of the way.

The breakfast was good. The front counter staff were awesome and friendly. Parking was convenient and the amenities that came with the stay were a plus! The housekeeping could use some work. They were in the process of cleaning the rooms when we checked in. Ours was done but the floors seemed streaky after being mopped and smelled like dirty mop water. We did not have any trash bags in our trashcans either but luckily they were right next door so I was able to get a couple. My husband had to return the luggage cart. And was given a sigh of attitude like he was in the housekeepers way by doing so. The same one gave me attitude the next day and also sighed at me when I asked her for a couple of extra towels. She gave off an attitude that was very unwelcoming and bothersome as if we were in her way.. other than that our stay was comfortable and I think the breakfast options were great!

The hotel itself was great! The only small issue was if the thermostat was not set low enough, the floor would sweat and get slippery. The staff was great!

The room was small, BUT the bed was very comfortable and the staff was friendly, kind, and helpful.

Great option if you are traveling with pets.

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Fitness center and pool are a bonus. Bed was soft for my taste. Shuttle was a little tough to coordinate. I thought with this close location I could go from deabording to bed in 30 minutes - was more like 1h15m.

Exceptional

Have to wait more than 2 hours for shuttle after I call for many times, they make you feel like it was your fault when we were in the correct place. Estuvimos esperando por más de dos horas para que el bus llegara por nosotros para llevarnos al hotel, nos hicieron sentir que era nuestra culpa aun cuando estábamos en el lugar correcto de espera, los cuartos son muy pequeños creo que están sobrevalorados

Very helpful front desk staff, but very expensive laundry service

Breakfast was underwhelming. The floor in my room seemed gritty.
