Very satisfied for the cleaning and professional attitude from all the staff.

The room was $129, and it was a $129 room. My only complaints are that the linens are mostly polyester and therefore hot and humid at night (doesn't let humidity out) and the towels were pretty scratchy. The 'lock' on the sliding glass door was a make-do pin through the frame and jamb and not secure at all.

I used to come to Coral Springs 2 times a year and I’d always book different hotels for my own reasons. Now I come here several times a year. After my first stay at this hotel, I chose to continue to book my reservations here. I’ve stood here about 7 times within the year and the staff is always nice and accommodating. They have a pool and gym which I love and free parking. It’s always a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended

My only feedback is for hotel leadership. As someone who works in management myself, I understand that there are many responsibilities competing for your attention. However, customers should never feel like an afterthought. Leadership meetings, reports, and internal priorities will always be there, but guest experiences are what sustain a hotel’s reputation and long-term success. My advice is simple: continue to lean into customer service. Remember the value of being present, proactive, and engaged with your guests. Every leader started somewhere, and it’s important not to forget the people who walk through your doors and choose to spend their money at your property. The staff earned top marks during my stay. This feedback is simply meant as encouragement for leadership to remain connected to the guest experience and lead by example. Thank you to the team for an otherwise wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect

I had stayed here years back and it left a lot to be desired. However, the place has been remodeled and its much better now. My only complaint would be there should be more electrical and phone charging outlets available. All in all a good experience.

My room smelled moldy and the ac did not work great. I know I could have moved to a different room.

I have stayed here twice because my aunt recently passed away and I’ve had to be in town to deal with her estate and this is the closest hotel that isn’t a total dump. The first time I stayed on the 4th FL and the water never really got hot in the shower. This 2nd stay I booked last minute after cleaning out her condo and had to book the 2 room king suite on the 2nd FL. I was told it’s their largest and nicest room. When I arrive there is zero parking. 2 of 3 handicap spots are taken by vehicles without handicap hangers or plates. Despite my handicap hanger, I have to park in the furthest, darkest corner of the lot. I get to the room and the AC is running full blast in the bedroom, and won’t shut off. The AC in the second room won’t even turn on. It’s after midnight at this point and I have to drive 6hrs the next morning. I take a shower, which is thankfully hot. The last time I stayed the bed was comfortable and I was looking forward to sleep before my drive. I get into the king bed in this “suite” and it’s as hard as a rock. It’s horrible, I might as well have slept on the floor. I spent an entire week packing and moving my aunt’s condo and was in immense pain. I woke up in even more pain after sleeping in that bed. Every pillow went flat as soon as pressure was applied to boot, so not even a single decent pillow on the bed. Next morning, not a single luggage trolley to be found and the staff all just shrugged their shoulders at me. Don’t waste your money here.

Well, I never had problem at the place, it is a nice hotel, staff was ok. Rooms. Were so nice, I never had chance to be at the pool though, it’s my first time there. A lonely area with not even a shopping mall nearby, I didn’t even got no breakfast during the check out after I spend there just for a day.
