We were traveling on our way to Pittsburgh airport and stayed for an early flight
-
Very nice, comfortable, and clean place to spend the night. We had a very early flight…..coffee ready and shuttle service FANTASTIC!
-
Rose clean everything you need available staff friendly unfortunately I checked too late too. Enjoy the bar or restaurants, but I will my next trip out.
-
Convenient to airport. Shuttle nice breakfast . Check in staff should Learn some business manners but overall good

It was clean The staff wasn't very friendly, the bed sheets were extremely rough in the skin, the lighting is awful and the fact that you walk through the 1st floor to get to the elevator makes the place seem even more shady than the initial appearance as you drive up -which is scary.
-
I would give 2 stars for this hotel. The restaurant has a very limited menu as well.

No issues with the room. It was great and clean! The staff was not great. My

Good short term stay but room was not well cleaned. We found hair on several surfaces and you could tell the bathroom floor had not be attended to (like visible bare feet prints). Nothing insane so we stayed our two nights but I probably wouldn’t stay here again with so many options in the area unless the price was right.

It was a very weird set up in the room ,but what really made me do two stars only is because it was just creepy. Housekeeping was definitely in my room everyday ,however, non of the days was my bed made ,nor the bathroom cleaned or vacuumed ,but each time there was something different .like there were clean towels but the old ones weren’t removed, the curtains were moved and the remote control was put back but yet the garbage wasn’t emptied.I had something in my makeup bag that I didn’t use but it was out in the counter .I seriously thought about going to a different hotel and forgoing the cost but it just wasn’t doable.just a felt creeped out knowing someone was in the room but they didn’t really clean anything

Breakfast was okay, muffins and coffee. My room was very clean, and I had plenty of towels. I wasn't in my room much, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the hotel was. (first floor room) The key card system was down for the entirety of my stay. I checked in late after a concert, and the staff checked me in, didn't mention the keycard issue, let me walk all the way to my room and did not offer to follow and let me into my room. I had to walk all the way back to the desk and wait in line a second time (this was almost midnight). For the rest of my stay, I asked each time whether my key would work properly, and was told "We don't know" and then had to walk back and forth to the desk. Disappointing!

Got nailed with a parking charge at checkout that I wasn’t expecting

Superb
-
the location was great for our needs. airport, Carnegie museum. Ball Park are all close by. the airport shuttle was one of the main reasons we chose this location. My wife had a 6 am flight and we wanted a shuttle for 4:30. when we got to the hotel we were told they did not start until 8 am and would to find other transportation. I had to get up at 4 to take her myself.

Great clean hotel

Very good
-
Easy location, near airport, shuttle service, very clean and very quiet. Nice room set up with new comfortable couch. Bright lobby and reception area. Maned Bistro. The physical layout is not ideal for finding rooms; walking with suitcases to the only elevator, down a very long haul AND past other rooms. Uncommon. Might be hard for disabled or fatigued travelers.
-
Friendly staff, comfortable room at a competitive price.
-
The only issue was that the key cards weren’t working..so kinda inconvenient..not only for us, but for the staff as well..seemed like you need to hire more staff. ..there was only 1 person to let people in the rooms, and to check in the guests..
-
Very friendly, clean, well staffed hotel. Amazing gym.
