Pittsburgh Airport Marriott

The restraunt staff was wonderful.

Everything was clean and well maintained

Front desk staff were terrible, disrespectful to my family. They are not cut out for customer service. Poor representation of several other Marriott’s I’ve stayed at. Nothing will be done tho and multiple other customers will still deal with the disrespect

The room was clean. Just basic necessities provided.

The mattress in our room was worn out, it had big dips in the middle.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The convenience store being open late and the bar selling food late was appreciated given my unexpected late arrival.

Very nice hotel. It’s a plus they take you to the airport and pick you up. Parking is free.

Maybe bring from the south is my issue but the staff weren't very friendly , property was not extremely well maintained however it wasn't a bad experience

My room was very comfortable and quiet. My only comment is that the door needed some WD40.

Needed a hotel on Pittsburgh near to the airport - this one was close, clean and convenient. food options up one exit. would recommend.

This hotel is called Pittsburgh airport Marriott, but it’s located almost five miles from the airport. And while they advertise a shuttle running every fifteen minutes beginning at 4am, it only runs every half hour and the first one was filled

The hotel was very nice and clean. Did not use any of the amenities. Would have like to use their beautiful outdoor space but was closed for a private event.

Beautiful property and staff was friendly.

It was difficult to get the refrigerator to work consistently so we had to use a cooler. I would highly recommend staying here!
