Snacks and water available. Security in the building was great. Our room was quite large. Filippo carried our bags up the stairs for us. He walked with us to show us the location of the Church we wanted to find. He got our car from the garage (a secure location) and brought it to the B & B when we were ready to depart. He is an incredibly gracious host! We didn't realize that many of the B &B's in this area of Italy have many stairs, but the exercise was good for us.
