Very close to bus station I mentioned the person in charge that I got my foot injured (from a day before), and he arranged a nurse visit to my room, complementary to the hotel! Above and beyond! The place is clean, good AC, all the basics are there.

Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was great, a fabulous place to hang out in the evening. Just a few minutes walk from the terminal de omnibus. The decor was a bit tired looking.

Only the location is convincing Not very appealing, very dated and not really clean. Neither the beds nor the bathroom. Air conditioning from the last century. Breakfast inadequate!

Lovely staff, comfortable bed, hot shower and close to bus terminal. So nice to have breakfast included, too! Pillows were falling apart and the area is rather sketchy as vagrants are everywhere. Sadly, this seems to be true of most cities, including my own so don’t let that deter you from staying here.

Very nice and good located hostal. Additional spa service was top. Rooftop terrace for a beer in the night. The owner is outstanding, very professional and friendly person. Unfortunately one single employee ruined a 10-rating. People with this kind of problems should not be allowed to work in a hotel.

lovely staff affordable relatively clean first room wasn’t fit for use so had to change Wi-Fi dreadful a very bad neighbourhood for people who are easily intimidated difficult to get into hotel as front desk not manned 24 hours air conditioning system very loud

The staff for the most part was very nice and polite. it was in a decent location, although at night it was a little bit sketchy. Check out is at 11 so it gives you time to get your stuff together the day of and they had free room service breakfast. The pillows we had were thread bare and had foam falling out of them. the carpet was old and needed replacing. They wanted to charge us to provide shampoo and conditioner packets. The wifi was almost non existent- Facebook would barely load. The TV was outdated and could only get one channel. There were spots of mold on the bathroom ceiling and the walls were anything but soundproof.

the staff is very friendly - very close to the bus station - shower water nice and hot Wi-Fi is really bad - mattress not so comfortable - bed sheets don’t stay on top of mattress therefore you sleep on a bare mattress ?
