Staff was friendly and breakfast was standard media lunas, cereals, and some fruit. We had booked for 3 nights. The room was so loud between midnight and 6:30am due to parties in the streets, cars, garbage trucks, that it was impossible to sleep. It felt as though we were literally sleeping in the street. Other reviews noted this however I would have never imagined it would be this bad... We left for an alternative location a few blocks away that fulfilled our needs. The person at the front desk let me know they would assist with a refund due to the inconvenience however I am yet to hear back from anyone at the property.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC was great. Some of the pictures didn't match the room that I requested for our stance.

The hotel was in a good location, very central and close by everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Macarena that helped us to buy the flight tickets. Breakfast was ok, but poor of items. The room wasn’t really clean, there was dust on the tops and hair on the bed and floor. During the night there was a lot of noise coming from outside

The location is good for young people that likes party and go out. Is close to all the center attractions. The parking was very nice, is close to the hotel - The place is old, and you can see it in the hotel - The bathroom didn´t have a bideth - The elevator was broken, I was with my old mother and was very difficult to go in the stairs - In my room there was no wifi, and in the places where there was wifi the connection was very slow - The bed wasn't confortable - The room is very noisy, all the sounds of the streets gets into the room, even in sleep hours since is a party area and there is activity outside all the time. - My bathroom had a leak

- wifi good - included breakfast - friendly staff - great location easy to walk everywhere - close to nice restaurants - worst noise we’ve experienced in a hotel / hostel. The noise came from the road outside, both of us had to check if we even had a window open multiple times (we didn’t). noise kept us up most of the night as people beep a lot there. Recommend bringing earplugs!!! - sheets were covered in hairs when we arrived, absolutely everywhere. They were also badly stained with all sorts of marks. - felt overpriced for what the room was. very basic.
