Rooms are in need of a great deal of maintenance.

My check in process was horrible there were no rooms available I paid for a king bed 1 room and ended up with a double room! When arrived no room was available. There bugs, and bathroom door was wasn’t really cleaned! Barley saw hotel staff no where to be found!

The assistance i received from the customer service rep from Booking.com. he took his time to look into the incident and offered me assistance. My wife arrived for a booked stay on May 12. The receptionist attempted to charge my account again for a previously paid for in advance room and would not search for an alternative. After speaking with a booking.com rep I was told the issue was on the hotel and that I would be issued a refund but have yet to receive any confirmation that the refund was or was going to be processed

Air conditioner was loud and noisy. There was loud music and talking throughout the night and early morning that disturbed our sleep

Clean & very quiet. One desk staff was not friendly when I asked about details on my billing statement at checkout.

Room was mostly clean. Floor was sticky and toilet did not flush. Water flow stopped when bathroom tap moved to hot. Neighbours were partying… but beds were comfy and we were tired so slept quite well
