Arcadion Hotel

Gorgeous, boutique hotel, clean rooms, great shower, breakfast buffet and friendly staff. The front desk is the most helpful team! Logging in to the WiFi every time I leave and come back to the hotel - it froze quite a bit and had to reset my devices occasionally in order for it to work properly.

Excellent location, good breakfast, friendly staff. Room was very clean, comfortable beds. Really poor arrangement of shower facilities in bathroom, shower attachment had to be hand held , no wall bracket at high level, toiletries were at far end of bath, farthest away from the shower attachment ! Handbasin tap was fixed and too big and therefore in the way whilst using the basin. Tea and coffee were not replenished on 2nd morning, wooden stirrers also missing on 2nd morning. The mugs supplied for drinks were extremely dangerous, boiling hot when water poured in and therefore difficult to hold until tea/coffee had cooled down as no handles on them, would strongly recommend changing for cups/mugs with handles !

Excellent location right on Spianada Square, making it easy to get taxis to/from the airport or ferry port. The old town's charming streets are right at your doorstep. The room is spacious and very clean, and breakfast was great.

The location was perfect. Easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the historic fort. The room was lovely, a corner room with large windows and a balcony. Room service was fast and food was excellent. I wanted to stay longer. No complaints.

The room was very clean, the lighting system was excellent, the shower and bathroom were great, the bed was comfortable. the room could have been bigger.

LOCATION - EXCELLENT BREAKFAST - GOOD. Cooked compote of bananas on fruit bowl as I am not able to eat raw fruit ( fiber ) but bananas due to soluble & insoluble fiber ok. ROOM - Loved Terrace from room overlooking the Green/old town/life. Missed slippers & dressing gown ( my suitcase never arrived ). Bathroom somewhat awkward to access shower/hand held one easy to flood the bath mat. Needs modernising. Changed bed sheets night before we left ( 5 nights ) seemed a waste.

This hotel is quite lovely with an amazing location right in the heart of the old town and meters from the fortress. It appears to be recently renovated as the room is quite modern. Someone definitely put a lot of thought into the lighting, the cabinets, the bedding, the bathroom fixtures and the overall design. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing with excellent water pressure and so well designed for the tight space it was in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. The breakfast was abundant and delicious but was made unpleasant by the fact that many things were out and the staff took a long time to replenish. The breakfast staff were also not overly friendly, appearing overworked and stressed out. This is the only thing that prevents me from giving the hotel a 10.

Location was great. Breakfast was pretty good each morning. Price value, very expensive for a small room, front desk would only give me one key though he gave others in our group two. Housekeeping never replenished coffee pods, we asked twice.

The breakfast was very good but we were only able to eat there once due to our schedule. Staff were accommodating, food fresh, coffee and tea service good. We were quite pleased. We loved the hotel staff. The room was inviting, comfortable. Our shower curtain was removed (to be cleaned?) but never replaced. Since we were leaving in another day we didn’t mention it and took showers without it. Would’ve liked a clothes line in bathroom. Would’ve used an iron & ironing board if in the room. A safe large enough for a laptop would’ve made us happy. But we LOVED this place and would stay there again. Our dislikes were small things.
