Best Western Plus Hotel Le Favaglie

The restaurant was top class location was not the best. neighborhood seemed not too friendly.

Good location if you have a car, or are OK with the hotel shuttle to the train station. Several good restaurants in the surrounding area but will need a car to access. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were excellent with daily service and towel refresh. Indoor pool was excellent and used every day with kids.

The family room is really spacious, the staff is very friendly. Everything is very clean. The water in the pool was warm! Because of the holiday, the restaurant was not open for lunch and dinner, and no one told us before arriving that it would not be open. Also, the bar didn't work until 5 pm, so it wasn't possible to order a pizza until then!

Few good restaurants very close

Nothing special An absolutely terrible experience. From the beginning, the shower was dirty, and the bed was incredibly hard, making it impossible to sleep well. The staff was okay, except for the manager, who was far from pleasant. The cleaning ladies were extremely arrogant, and their attitude in the hallways was truly unwelcoming. The gym is completely unusable. The treadmills are practically dangerous – you can’t run on them as they randomly stop at unpredictable moments. The equipment is extremely outdated, and it seems like the gym is there just for show. The sauna barely works; it doesn’t heat up properly and stays cold. I didn’t try the pool, and the breakfast is outrageously overpriced. The worst part happened on our last day. They charged us an additional 200€ in cleaning fees and even kicked my mother and little sister out of the room while I was away, claiming that the dogs had peed on one of the beds. They refused to let them back in until the fee was paid, which is completely unacceptable. In short, a nightmare stay that I would not recommend at all!

Bar, the free snacks, staff at the reception and the bar. Our choice for this hotel was highly based on the fact that there was parking. The second day, there was a construction at the parking lot, and we were not offered an alternative parking place.

The hotel itself looks nice and new. Lobby is nice and the gym as well. Rooms are big and bathroom is clean. Sometimes there is a shuttle from the hotel to Metro station, which helps to get to the city. Breakfast is not recommended, eggs and vegs are not fresh.

The receptionist cilia was exceptional. Organised a free shuttle at midnight from a nearby wedding to the hotel, and allowed us to stay an extra hour to recover from the celebrations. Would always come back.
