The property was extremely fun for families. Close to a metro to get into town. The staff went above and beyond when the airport lost our bags to help us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel! There were many events going on when we got there but the reception desk helped us as efficiently and nicely as possible. We just stayed there 1 evening before our cruise, but the facilities were clean and modern. Lots of activities to entertain my 2 young boys and the breakfast was phenomenal. We got there via public transport and it’s not terribly far from the nearest metro but could be a challenge for those who may be a bit more physically impaired unless you use a cab/ride share service. Huge mall and many restaurants around but far from attractions (which was fine for us since it was a stopover). Would absolutely stay again!

Nice place with great staff and clean room. Everything was working well and pretty modern. We didn't stay long but no complaints with the room and service. Location was not withing walking distance of the downtown, but it was in between the airport and the Camp Nou which is what we needed. So just keep that in mind, you'll need to take metro or car taxi to get to the beach or Sagrada area.

Las instalaciones son muy modernas y bien cuidadas, te dan lo necesario para una estadía cómoda en tu habitación, ls ubicación no es céntrica pero es muy fácil moverse para llegar a los lugares principales de Barcelona. El desayuno buffet es muy recomendado, vale mucho la pena.

Would't be able to say anything here. Due to the Ferry company changing our boat, we needed to travel one day earlier. The Resort had availability online for the same category but refused to make a gesture and showing flexibility with our booking. Having booked a none-refundable rate doesn't mean that you shouldn't show a little flexibility especially when you have remaining accommodations. Regretable approach to hospitality.

I loved the design and the breakfast was great. Also thanks for the water machines. We stayed for one night only, arrived late. Many families with kids. The hotel is in somewhat remote location but it is ok, especially if you travel by car - a walk would required if you use public transport. I especially want to note design in lobby - many places you want to make a photo. Rooms are just enough to sleep in. But there are lot of common areas if you have time to spend. I think there may be nowere to go around so think about your transportation.

The reception area is a bit weird - just a table right in front of the entrance doors that looked like another table in the restaurant. It's something we didn't expect, but was not a problem at all.

This hotel is misleading its customer. The room size is not more than 100 sqft, very small, not even a good fit for 2 people. ON top, AC/heating are not working. When I asked what happened to the AC/heating, they said, they are working & fixning in progress. There is no swimming pool even though they posted nice picture online. But the Pool is in process of getting done. Here you go again, another misleading. This is not a hotel, I would say, its a hostel for a single person & yet they are charging heavy nightly price on it. Very sad and complete misleading. Breakfast was good.
