STAFF: Attentive & immediately responded for every request. Every single employee we encountered whether Front Desk or maintenance, had a wonderful smile & were so sincerely kind! BREAKFAST : Amazing biscuits! Great variety & everything was delicious - potatoes, waffles, sausage etc. considering they were pre-made & in warmers! Only one member of our party commented the coffee was a bit bitter. Also, we didn’t have the little “DO NOT DISTURB” card for our door (but didn’t ever pose a problem) - we just taped our own paper message upon going down to breakfast.

I paid for the room, had a confirmation number drove 2 hours and they said I had no room tough luck

The room was very spacious and stocked with plenty of towels. The staff member at check-in, despite me arriving quite late (11:45 pm) was very pleasant & helpful. I did also appreciate the two free water bottles & snack! The breakfast was very underwhelming even if it is free or included in your stay. The presentation wasn’t very clean or eye-catching, nor were the eggs in my opinion. They lacked flavored and could’ve been cooked a bit longer. I opted to not finish my meal aside from a cup of OJ & a muffin

The hotel was great and the staff was even better. Location was absolutely perfect. Please visit Namaste coffee within walking distance while you’re there… so unique and so delicious! Everything was very clean except the bathroom could have used a deep cleaning. I’m super weird about grime build up and mold in the corners that no one seems to scrub. When I stay in hotels I don’t want to think of the hundreds of people who came before me and gross corners and the line where the shower slider door and shower pan meet are a reflection of that; to me. That and the corners and base board area in the bathroom that get neglected. Other than that, all was perfect. I’d definitely stay again.
