AC was broke, took 15 minutes to check in via the video screen. The place is a joke

Don't stay at this property. It was the worst place I've ever stayed.

Ac didn’t work and they had roaches and bed bugs in The rooms

First of all I guess you get what you pay for. We arrived at 2AM and had to wait to use the check in kiosk which has someone in India checking you in. The guest before us was upset about his key not working and the remote worker not understanding him, which delayed us checking in. Once it was our turn we were told the AC Unit in the whole building did not work. I wish they had said this before booking it because after reading other reviews it hasn’t been working for a while. Once I received my key I went up into my room and it smelled like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes inside. I felt suffocated and since the AC unit did not work there was not much I could do. Opening the window did not make me feel safe as there were a lot of people walking back and forth in the balcony all night. When I checked the bed I found what looked like a dead bed bug. So that freaked me out and made me not want to use the bed covers. When I walked inside the bathroom the showers floor looked very dirty and still had hairs all over it. I thankfully brought in my slides so I wouldn’t have to step on the dirty shower floor. I definitely would rather spend the extra money to not have to go through this ordeal again.

None of the rooms had working AC. So that was the down fall for this stay. I have stayed at this property before without issue.

Hotel charged me twice for

I like nothing in there and I also don’t recommend it to anyone. Here is the problem, no AC , no microwave and refrigerator plus worst bed that I have ever seen in my life . House cleaning staff did not report when requested, they said only Monday to Friday. We were not lucky on that reservation.

Ac was not working and location didn't gave us options

Clean room but no a/c. Kinda noisy. Staff was friendly.

Maybe the cheapest hotel around. We know how Motel 6 is through my experience, so it was as expected; okay for a night. Very noisy in front of busy road and a lot of public road racers had made big noises. AC was broken for all stay as notified, so even window opening all day made noises sound louder.

Yes I had called and spoke to Sharina letting hotel know I was arriving late. When I got there the entire hotel had no AC. I was given the option of refund by staff. Still no refund.

Cheap price no ac no cold water in the shower very hot room it was not a manageable temperature to sleep or rest in

That place very sketchy, plus the room had no ac! The room got hot & me & my partner got super sweaty. There was a fan but was super old & barely blew any air…it did but was warm . Only option I had was opening the window with curtain wide open but was worried we would be creeped on while we slept…worst experience ever. & until this moment I haven’t received my money back.

The staff was nice, booking was easy. It was near a few convenient restaurants and gas station. There was absolutely no AC in the hotel. It was so hot I couldn’t breathe waking up in the morning. Several people kept saying it was like this for a few months.
