Holiday Inn Express and Suites Corpus Christi North by IHG

Our room only had 1 coffee cup and one coffee pod, had to go get more. The only thing for a closet to hang stuff was 2 hooks on the wall. Other than that, it was very good.

Great personnel

Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.

We asked for advice on places to go since it was our first time ever in corpus and they had plenty to give.

Disappointing

The pool was the best. Just the right temperature for jumping straight in. There is a bathroom & shower in the pool area which made it very convenient. Breakfast was hot, with a variety to choose from. The hotel itself is right off the highway, with a Denny’s & convenience store next door. We will definitely stay here wherever we are in Corpus Christi. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly and helpful My room door had to be reset after each use of the card key. Staff was having a difficult time getting it to work properly

The atmosphere inside & outside the hotel was great & we felt safe. The staff was friendly & advised us if we needed anything to please let them know. I especially liked the location of the property. I have nothing negative to point out.

The staff. You always know what to expect from a holiday inn express when it comes to the actual facilities but every single staff member I came in contact with (especially the wonderful lady who checked me in and I am so mad I forgot her name) was beyond wonderful What I like about holiday inn express is no matter where I am I know exactly what to expect. The breakfast is my main draw. However I felt Monday April 27th the breakfast was not up to par to what I’m used to at these establishments. The pancake machine was off there was only one tray of hot food. Just not what I expect from holiday inn express. Maybe comfort suites but not holiday inn express

Breakfast area was fully stocked and very delicious. The restroom in our room could use some improvements. But overall greats stay

The room was super clean the breakfast was awesome kind of sad that the waffle maker was broken but it's okay Saturday morning there was biscuits and gravy on the buffet and on Sunday scrambled eggs and bacon it was awesome the food was wonderful the service was great the stuff is friendly it was just an overall perfect experience thank you all for your hard work and making our time in your establishment so wonderful 😊😊😊
