The view was amazing so close to the beach The first room we stayed in the a/c stopped working, we got moved rooms and the new room wasn't as well kept, it looked very run day and was filled with little roaches! Every couple of minutes we were killing roaches we ended up leave overnight because of this infestation.

Beach was close . It had a pool. 1. AC only cooled down at night. 2. Beds and curtains had many cigarette burns and were very old. The beds were busted and had strange objects in them that made comfort impossible. 3. Shower was not draining, it filled up and eventually emptied. 4. One of the electrical plugs was sparking with exposed cables.

Didn't like cigarette burns on bedsheets and old patio door was ratttling with the wind.

The only plus was that it was just a short walk to the beach , across a 4 lane highway, There were a few restaurants close by also. It was in a good location, but due to the condition of the property, I feel it was overpriced.

We like the view of the water and enjoyed the pool too.

Stayed in three separate rooms while there. They were very decently clean. The rooms themselves were in good condition but there were burn marks in the covers on the bed and one room the balcony door does not close properly so the wind makes it move at night. Other than that the showers were really nice with hot water and the ac in all three rooms worked amazing. It was nice to have the smart tvs and a decent size mini fridge. Do think it would be helpful to have proper lighting. At least two rooms had broken bed lamps and there was no overhead lighting. Definitely would still go back as at least the rooms are kept up and it was decently priced.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful the balcony had a nice view and the air conditioning was great. But the bath floor had a soft spot next to the bath tub and pieces of wood from the door were falling off. The place could use a face lift.

The front desk was nice and polite.. the housekeepers were extremely loud early in the morning(English speakers), woke everyone up, when asked for extra toilet paper, she seemed very bothered, the room was dirty front the star, honestly after a long drive I didn't have the energy to move to a different one, the worst part came in the next day when I realized the mold and mildew I slept on 💔

I know the hotel is near the beach and is not going to be in prestine condition, but what a dump this place was. When you first walk in the office, it stinks. Check on time was 2pm. They said our room would not be ready until 2:30pm. Arrived in our room, an old dumpy king with a balcony view of the water. From the curtains, carpet, walls, bath tub, bedding and towels....all old and gross. To top it off, there were no towels in our room. We had to walk back to the office to get some. The bathtub has cracks all on it. The bed had a huge hole where you sleep. The bedding had burn holes all over it. I would never stay here again even if it was free. We paid almost $200 for one night. Eewwwwww.

It is okay. It can use a lot of upgrading.

Should be condemned. First room no AC, uncovered outlets and patio door had no lock. Burns in comforter, carpet sticky, holes in drapes. Loud neighborhood. Pictures make it look much newer. And best of all, no refund policy means you can't get out without losing everything. Stay away!

The room was decent, but the sheets had cigarette burns and holes. The air conditioning was fine on the first day of our arrival, but by the next day, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. It was a good thing we brought our fan.

Ac didn't work and vents were leaking onto electrical outlets by the TV
