Everything was perfect I loved it and would def stay agin!

2nd floor hallway celling was leaking had a big spot on the carpet where the water was falling Then walking out to the balcony another leak we could not stand outside without getting wet. Balcony door did not lock. Parking was not covered it was $25. Outside restrooms need to be cleaned a little more often. We really expected to be a little bit better for the $600 Price we paid.

It was right on the beach with easy access to walk down. They had a band on Sunday it was great to come off the beach and enjoy this time.

Would not recommend. The restaurant was good and easy beach access. Hotel not maintained.

The hotel was very run down and our room was filthy.

Great location bar and pool close to early

Beach view, clean and big rooms.

Elevator was broken. So coming and going was a hassle. Staff was good. Charged and extra 100.00 dollars and was told that I would get that back and 5 business days later and still nothing. For 300.00 a night they didn't have any free breakfast available. Room was small for the price. Was not impressed with that hotel.

For the price of the room, it should've been better maintained. The repairs on the room were sloppy, balcony door was hard to open and shut. Hallway carpet was dirty and stained. Very unpleasant looking. The AC in the room did not cool, sent us broken unusable fan as the "fix" for the ac not cooling. Requested another room and staff never called back to resolve the issue. The pool is nice but dirty. Algae growing on the edges..no water for the coffee maker. The view is about the only thing good about this room. The cleaning staff was helpful and friendly. Parking is not free either. so be lucky to find a parking spot because others in the neighborhood take up the parking lot.

The hotel was too over priced for what the pictures show the hotel to be. The place was old and falling apart and it seemed dirty and not cleaned. The floor of our room seemed dirty and not properly cleaned. Obviously water is everywhere since the beach is closed by and the hotel does nothing to clean the wet floors including the elevator.

We had a great stay. The hotel is in a very good location. The beach was easily accessible and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was good, though the service was slow. The building needs remodeling, but it was clean and everything worked. The view of the beach from our balcony was great. We will most likely stay here again.

La limpieza de la piscina muy mala, las ventanas sucias, ya no se aprecia el tema panaromico. La bañera muy limpia. El elevador no funcionaba bien. Es el primer hotel que me cobran el estacionamiento 👎

Partial beach view. Bed linens and towels were clean. Floor and shower were not. No hot water the first morning of our stay. Towels were not refreshed or trash removed during our 3 night stay.

We left the next morning.

Pool and hot tub were closed, they didn’t notify about I would’ve cancel since that was the main reason booking here.

This place was so terrible that we only stayed for one out of the two nights we paid for. We would have left before night one but it was already late in the day and we had a 3 hour drive back home. The room was so run down, broken faucet, there were crackers and food crumbs that fell off of the sleeper sofa when we were setting that up, the hallways and carpet were disgusting, the front desk staff were so rude, there was mold in several areas including our room. The location is fantastic, litterly steps to the water but the quality of the hotel needs so much help. I would not recommend this place. Stay at one of the hotels in back of here and walk to the beach that way.

This hotel had a great location. Too bad the overall atmosphere is just run down.

The hotel is Literally on the beach, great location. The hotel needs a lot of serious maintenance and upkeep. Badly Stained carpets everywhere, it made the hotel look cheap and dirty. Our bath tub had a huge crack between it and the wall. The a/c was not working properly and we sweated the whole time we were there. Our son’s room was worse, our complaints were answered with excuses. No results. Our next door neighbors in room 308 told us thier a/c was completely off and slept with the door open to the hallway.

Loved the room and proximity to the beach. Also the pool was great and the bar and karaoke night was awesome. Good stay and plan to do it again next summer
