Having been traveling for a few weeks we loved that Norbin farm gave us a sense of freedom and privacy hotels don’t. It was clean, spacious and had fantastic facilities. Gill is more than generous with her breakfast items too! Toilet seat needs some tightening

A beautiful location and a lovely studio apartment, with great views. We stayed in room one which was well equipped for a short stay. The super king bed was comfy and made up with lovely clean bedding. Hill supplied us with ample breakfast produce which was of high quality. Also she catered for my vegetarian diet supply avocado, mushrooms, eggs, tomatoes and cheese. The bathroom was clean with nice toiletries supplied and soft white towels. Location and check in details were sent promptly along with details of local restaurants and places to visit. It’s a great location for visiting both Bath and Bradford on Avon. Also Corsham and Lacock are pretty villages nearby. We loved waking up to the sounds of the farm - listening to the cows going out, the sheep in the field, and the bird song. While room one only had a small seating area outside, there is a large communal garden overlooking the countryside. We would definitely stay again. The TV was a little hit and miss regarding getting it to connect. Be aware this is a working farm. We loved listening to the animals but it might not suit everyone. And don’t worry there was no 5am cockerel. Just the mooowwing of cows.

Norbin farm was a peaceful, clean and wonderful place to stay. My partner and I really enjoyed our time there. We can highly recommend staying there. It was a perfect place to stay to visit Bath.

Lovely quiet location. Host is very friendly and helpful. Room is spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable with easy chairs and tv. The en-suite room has its own mini kitchen with fridge, kettle etc. Continental breakfast items supplied and easily topped up Nothing - it was our second stay at Norbin Farm.

Lovely quiet location, accommodation was spotless and well maintained. Rural, quiet and surrounded by greenery and wildlife, communication and help from Gill was excellent. everything was fantastic

Facilities and the breakfast provided were great couldn't fault it. Lovely location easy to find, and the peacocks at the front door were an added bonus. Just a little tip if you aren't intending to have a cooked breakfast let the host know just to avoid waste. If I was going to be very picky, it would be nice if the bathroom had a little update and a larger shower as there is space. It is perfectly adequate though and not a reason to avoid the accomodation.

Perfect location for us, peaceful countryside with farm animals in lovely green fields. Peaceful, relaxing comfortable beds would happily stay again. Nothing to not like. There are some refreshments supplied but it is worth taking some snacks and drinks as no obvious nearby shop.

Absolutely exceptional views. Cosy and very clean apartment. Breakfast provided products were very good quality and from the local butcher which made it even more special Would be an extra point for a tv with access to the apps like prime and Netflix, but not essential as tv is supported with many free view channels.
