The hotel enjoys an outstanding location, perfectly situated and incredibly convenient. From the moment we arrived, the staff were gracious, professional, and genuinely warm. Special thanks to Signor Andrea, whose impeccable hospitality, attentiveness, and refined manner truly elevated our stay. His presence reflects the high standards of the hotel. The room was beautifully cozy and thoughtfully appointed, while the bathroom was impressively spacious and elegant. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and we very much look forward to returning. there was an unpleasant sewage odor in the hotel entrance, which affected the first impression. The spa is located in a separate building and is relatively small. For a ski destination, it feels somewhat underwhelming, as guests often expect more inviting spa facilities after a day on the slopes.
