יקר מדי למה שמקבלים. היינו לילה לפני הלינה במקום גם מאוד מתוייר וקיבלנו במחיר נמוך יותר סטנדרט יותר גבוהה. היה רשום שההזמנה כוללת ארוחת בוקר. וגלינו שהיא חלקית.. וכי אם רוצים להזמין לדוגמא אומלט צריך לשלם. ירקות, ביצה קשה שתיה היה כלול. הופתענו לרעה

The hotel staff is amazing! Everybody welcomes you with a smile and tries to make the better of each day! The surroundings are calm and quiet and the views to the mountains have no price!! Spectacular! The food is really, really good! Easy access to everywhere...

This property is amazing. The spa, the showers in the room, Dyson hairdryers, the restaurants, the location. Everything was perfect. Everything was perfect.

The staff was exceptional with a specific shout-out to the front desk clerk and the kind girl at breakfast who could not do enough for us! Everyone was at the top of their game and 5-Star trained to be sure! The fact that I fell while skiing and hurt my leg. However, the moment I returned, the front desk gentleman immediately brought ice,opened the door and rang the elevator for me. He also asked if I needed a hospital. It made a horrible situation so much better!

The staff was exceptional. The decor was mountain modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect!

Property was cosy and chic. Modern amenities. We drove so we wanted to be out of town but close enough. This location was perfect. 5 mins drive to town. Best thing was the wide field across the road. It snowed the night before and my 9 yr old was able to go sledding in the morning. The mountain and village views from our room was amazing. Wish there was more hot food choices for breakfast especially in cold winter mornings.

I loved the amenities and it had a big parking area so easy to maneuver. The Mountain View room was amazing and a little area for us to take our son to play in the snow. We even saw deer from our room and having the binoculars in the room was a nice touch. It was really hot throughout the hotel about 73-75 at all times. I'd recommend lower the temp to about 68-69 to account to adjust g from inside to outside. We heard other guests venting about how hot the hotel was. I really appreciate there was a restaurant on site to be convenient but the prices were extremely high compared to the surrounding area and a €15 room charge just to use the room service seemed a bit steep.

No, everything are perfect

Stunning views from the room. Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff. Huge parking area. The bar and restaurant are a bit pricy, the menu in the restaurant is very limited. The gentleman helper assisting the guests with the luggage is very pushy for tips and not friendly, the management should look into that, constantly smoking outside and giving looks to the staff made me feel not very welcome.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also excellent, close to the main attractions and easy to reach. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which made it hard to sleep comfortably during the night.

From the service, food, room comfort, and location - this was a great experience We feel that it was a bit overpriced, considering it’s not a luxury hotel and they are still under construction
