Reviews
-
Location was amazing and balcony was a nice touch. Great breakfast too Nothing
-
Only partial mountain views above the adjacent buildings.
-
Location No attention to details, complete negation of the gist comfort, parking price is outrageous Also the property, the furniture, the atmosphere; all very old
-
Rooms were a bit tight Miss having coffee available in my room
-
The rooms were incredibly warm and we couldn’t sleep
-
No aircondition very old
-
Internet was very difficult to connect to and very unstable in the room
-
A/C either did not work or we couldn't figure out how to operate it. The furniture is a bit worn out, but it wasn't a big deal.
-
View was amazing. Good location right in downtown. Breakfast was decent. Power went out in the room right when we got there. Wifi didn't work, and we were told "it was getting fixed," but we were there for 3 days and nothing happened. We were also told there was no AC, even though it was most definitely on in the hallways and lobby.
-
Near to every thing Nothing
-
Spacious rooms, great breakfast and accommodating staff. Wifi was terrible, and the parking wasn’t very accessible, so we felt like we couldn’t move our car at all during the stay.
-
Location and stuff. Walking distance to everywhere.
-
Location was perfect to maximize a one night visit - central to town and within a 5 to 10 minute walk to a ski lift cable car - Faloria with parking that is a precious commodity in Cortina. Really can't think of a thing
-
Not much. The hotel was outdated and run down. Would not stay there again.
-
For an Olympic stay Hotel Alaska was 10/10
-
We stayed in one of the updated rooms. It was very nice, but it was in a different building than the main hotel. The only issue with that was the wifi signal was very weak (the signal in the main building was much better). Everything was clean and the rooms were comfortable.
-
The location couldn't have been better. It was clear that the rooms hadn't been updated in a while but it was clean and well kept. The room was expensive, but we were there during the Olympics so that was expected. Nice balcony with a good view.
-
Location. The breakfast was amazing. When we checked in the woman at the reception was not friendly and couldn’t speak English. She didn’t bother to make us welcome. The other staff members were very nice.
-
Location was great, staff was friendly Outdated, room was gross, smelled of smoke, selectively updated, furniture was from an old rusted cabin. Couldn’t take your shoes off. So disappointed especially because we way over paid

If you’re budgeting, just call your own taxis or figure out public transportation yourself because they were not too knowledgeable about it and they tend to call the more expensive taxis for you
