Everything was very good but the staff were outstanding - helpful, kind, thoughtful and efficient!
-
food was decent; otherwise it was a zoo - we waited half an hour for coffee after ordering, wrong food to people etc. hotel was unbearably hot and noisy. Our room was never below 24C. It was impossible to even crack the windows because of the unbearable noise from the street at all hours. The balcony opened onto the street and was unusable.
-
Aesthetically speaking it was quite lovely. Good location and nice spaces like the lounge and the spa The only issue we had isn’t that our room was quite warm/ even with the portable a/c unit that they delivered - we were still warm at night. Opened the window but heard construction noise early a.m

Beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms!
-
Jep from the front desk (guy from barcelona) is a fantastic person.
-
Central and the staff were excellent The refusal of the hotel to take us to the ski slopes.Arguing there was traffic, there was none.
-
The staff. Great service. Matteo was superb! Nice room! Every detail is very good, even the spa. We we’re alone and the breakfast very good! A little bit expensive, but the area is expensive itself. The parking was not included and a little far from the hotel, when you carry bags is not as confortable as evrything else in the hotel!
-
Staff tried to much to orientate about the hotel and rooms while we were too exhausted from 10-km Lado di Sorapis trail.

Very beautiful

I wish parking was a little closer, but that said, I was happy to have a place to park in Cortina!

The location of the hotel and its food are exceptional. The staff was warm and enthusiastic to help. The spa is a must visit with steam/dray saunas, aromatherapy showers, and jacuzzi. My massage was one of the best I’ve received. The views from the hotel made the stay worth it. The rooms have no AC. The management philosophy is that AC pollutes, so they don’t have it. When we wanted to cool our room on a hot day, the staff brought a fan. Didn’t quite cut it. Showers have no conditioner provided with the shampoo. Again, the management feels it’s wasteful to provide that. When we asked at the front desk why our room didn’t have conditioner, the front desk staff said they had some behind the desk. What? I guess you have to know it’s there to ask for it. The minibar looks like a refrigerator, but it’s not! It’s a bottle-deep cabinet that was cool when we arrived in the room. We put some yogurts there to have on hand. In the morning everything was room temperature… too late, the staff told us that when the required card key was in the room’s slot, the refrigerator turns off. Nuts.

Great location and the staff was great. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy! No A/C was a bit of a downer, thankfully the weather was cool. However, construction past midnight made sleeping with the windows open difficult. I understand the Olympics are coming but the jackhammer sound after midnight and the workers working on the roof at 7am made it tough.

the room was pretty small, no ac but offered us a fan and that was wonderful. the room was loud due to construction and the view was of another apartment building so no view as advertised
-
Room was comfortable with many amenities, including complimentary drinks and food placed in the room daily. The staff went out of the way to accommodate us and offered fantastic service. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel was next to an alley with a significant amount of yelling and noise late at night between midnight and 4am.

Hotel de Len was absolutely a gorgeous hotel with a gorgeous and roomy room. It was equipped with beautiful towels and robes and slippsers, bottled water and goodies, and just top notch. As well we received a free visit to spa and enjoyed a stunning hot tub looking over Dolomites. We will come back to Hotel de Len. The location was perfect too. A two minute walk to main street. Everything was perfect.

This hotel has amazing architecture. It’s centrally located right in the city. The employees are there to help you with all of your needs. I loved the spa. Loved the lounge area with drinks and snacks.. The place is perfect except they have to keep the temperature of all rooms the same. - 25 C so I was a bit warm.

The staff at this property really stood out for me. They were INCREDIBLY helpful. The restaurant at the property was delish as well. I would gladly stay here again and recommend to my friends and family. The location is incredible. You really can't get better for the location. We had a car and had to pay 50 euro enough for the valet service. I believe it's 25 euro if you're parking yourself but the parking lot is 400 meters away from the property. I do believe the parking should be included in the rate.

Breakfast service was terrible, even to fix simple omeletes were complicated. Staff with zero training at all. Parking is far away and they charge for that! Should be included.
