Great location Everything was good!

Great location, great breakfast. N/A

The breakfast was amazing! Thank you for giving us fans to sleep one during the unusually hot season. The location was just like it was pictured. We also appreciated the common living room on the second floor for our family to hang out together. Parking. But I know parking is scarce in the town. It was easy to walk everywhere.

Doors. They asked to lower tv volume cause neighbours could hear it

Very much accommodating and so helpful! They had my daughter‘s car all set up with bedding, ready to go. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with a super comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The location was amazing and the view was impeccable

Breakfast was great lots to choose from, however for people wanting to get out earlier would have liked an earlier start time. Just an earlier start time for breakfast
-
Location was very good, clean & renovated rooms, good breakfast, the parking behind the hotel was very useful. During our stay, there were many guests with dogs, which was very noisy and uncomfortable.

Location was great. Had a little parking area if you have a car. Located near many restaurants.

Breakfast was awesome. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we needed. The room was spotless, and the facilities looked brand new. We really enjoyed our stay! Parking was a bit challenging. When we arrived, there was a lot of construction in the area, making it hard to find a spot, and the hotel's parking was already full. Thankfully, the staff were super helpful and directed us to a nearby free parking area just a 7-minute walk away, so it all worked out!

The location and staff were the best part of my stay....Venessa at the front desk was a great lovely helpful person I could go into many things but this hotel is tired

Everything was great, but the bathroom above our bed had a shower leak and rained on us in the middle of the night. The staff, however, was quick and diligent to move us to another room for the night, and completely refunded that night. Even though it was a disappointing experience, the staff really came through in making the experience as best as it could’ve been. Mechanical problems will happen…

Clean comfortable good breakfast Fun community living area with balcony Shower was just Luke warm

A historic building in the center of town. The cleanliness should be improved; the shower curtain was moldy and needs to be replaced, corners were dusty, and there were several long hairs in the bathroom from a prior guest.

Central location Very noisy, also threy have no clue what should be in the room. When I arrived, there was no bar fridge, no parking, not a single glass for watwer or coffee or wine. And I payed $550 Australin dollars per night.

Great location, very friendly people, and nice that they have parking (not free of charge, but still it is very good, because it is impossible to park in the center otherwise)

The location is excellent - great proximity to restaurants, shops, and public parking (15 euro/day). Our room was quaint, clean, and perfect for our stay in Cortina. The staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was really convenient. As mentioned by others, the breakfast room can feel a bit crammed (especially noticed right at opening time) but honestly, it wasn’t a problem! The food was good!

Location is wonderful and so are most members of the staff. It's a well restored hotel given its age, but pricey for a 3 star hotel. The exterior is a little bit let down, but that's not a big issue, the interiors are well done. The main problem for us was the lack of air conditioning. Our rooms were in the roof attic, I assume a late conversion of the hotel. Since the roof wasn't built to be inhabitated, an air conditioning is a must during the summer, which this hotel doesn't have. We were in Cortina for the Lavaredo race and it was difficult to sleep at night because of the blasting heat. Another big problem was that the gentleman from the reception desk sent us to a nearby parking which was not at all easy to reach, Cortina is under big renovations for the future Olympics. As we had travelled a very long trip to get there it was a bummer to be sent in a crowded village, up to a big event, when the rain was just about to come. To add more to this, a couple of days later we noticed the hotel had its own parking lot, next door. Empty at the time when we arrived, a lot in advance to the event as the hotel told us via email (first come, first served). It was a nasty surprise to see a customer being directed to enter the parking two days later, right by the same receptionist. Just a little attention from the staff could've improved our experience a lot.
