On the all inclusive the food was if a good standard nice fresh salads always fish and chicken etc on the fresh grill counter. Very good breakfast and you can ask for an omelette which was lovely. The rooms are a bit tired but cleaned everyday with lovely housekeeping staff very polite. Beds were very comfortable new mattresses I think. Could have done with an extra pillow but my fault for not asking. You pay deposit for TV remote etc which is not a problem and TV was new and large screen. Entertainment was good and every evening was nice for only an hour. Drinks were ok but a bit weak but that didn't bother me I enjoyed the sangria on tap. Afternoon snacks were a bit disappointing but we didn't bother with them if on site at lunchtime just popped in the restaurant and plenty of choice. Very good bus service just round the corner from the hotel we went to los Christianos and oas America's about 20 minutes and cheap bus fares. We even went to last palmas for the day from los Christianos very easy express bus took about an hour and 15 mins and was worth the trip. The swimming pool was lovely and clean but a bit cold which is expected lots of sun loungers to sit on and a nice atmosphere. All in all a good affordable base for a cheap getaway. Drinks were not the best and the bar closes for all inclusive at 1030 you have to pay after that even for a coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but there were pans if you wanted to make one. We just bought a cheap one from the supermarket for our stay.

Rooms large and spacious, bit outdated but clean and perfect for someone that's not travelling to spend their whole time in the room. Staff was nice and friendly and the food was good as always and the all-inclusive drinks were also decent given the price paid. A bus to Los Cristianos and Las Americas runs 24/7, at some times more frequently than others for 2 euros per person and between 30-45 minutes commuting time. On a downhill curve from the previous years when you had 4-5 members of the animations team and various diferent activities, down to just the one person at all times with very little activities, so the in-house entertainment nowhere near the level it used to be. Also there used to be table tennis, not anymore. Overall the lack of entertainment in the hotel makes the idea of spending a whole day just chilling there way less attractive than in the previous years. Overall still very good value for money though.

Best Hotel I ever went to. They serve paella every day at all inclusive. I will say that the design is a bit outdated and guests are 60% pensioners

- great food. There was a variety for both myself and the kids. We eat no pork and I love veg and salads and I was happy. They had a range of desserts but not to my liking. I had fruit and yogurt most nights but other guests seemed to enjoy the desserts. Lots of fresh tasting fish, paella, churros , Tenerife potatoes… I felt I had a chance to taste and eat Spanish food while having the safety of chips ( perfectly fried), pasta, pancakes, and other familiar food for the kids. - Lots of free parking - not a high rise hotel block and we were on the ground floor. Also a quiet area - good animation. We went to the entertainment every night. They also had lots in the day but we didn’t go to these often as we went out of the hotel most days. - enough English speaking staff There was only 1 pool which was cold. But we did go on April 1st and the sea was also cold. That’s just the weather.

The hotel is in need of a refurb, was shabby and quite grotty. Food was good, pool was nice and bed was comfortable.
-
Location of hotel was good and pool and food was good. Staff were great The room we were in had plants in front so did not get sun on balcony. Was also close to night time entertainment so was noisy most of day
-
Nothing Poor condition of the hotel. Missing dining table. Missing everything for kitchenett. Leaking toilet. Old and uncomfortable sofa in living room. Brocken steps in stairs outside. Pourly maintained garden. Unlocked luggage room. Dirty bathroom. Outdated and very worn entertainment equipment.

Staff were very helpful, the food is really good. The pool is massive! There’s no WiFi working in the hotel.

Animation team (French guy I think can’t remember his name), very funny and entertaining, a star!. Bar staff were great. Guest in the hotel. In desperate need of some TLC. Extra charges for everything. WI -FI. 4 to 5 euros per item per day. Charge for TV remote. Gin tasted like cleaning chemical. Food, below average.

Hotel food was lovely , beds were comfy , lovely surprise for my birthday bottle of champagne glasses and lovely card left in our room on actual day . Thank you Entertainment could be better at night

The dated and very tired living area was ok, however needed a lot of modernising and TLC Arrived at property for a weeks stay. Asked for an extra pillow as these were tiny, also asked for an iron and ironing board, was told they didn’t have an ironing board, pillows and iron never arrived. All inclusive lasted from 1030-2230, after these hours everything was chargeable. Even during AI hours, drink items were very limited. All AI drinks at bar were in paper cups. WiFi was chargeable daily, €30 for the weeks stay. TV remote was €20 deposit. Pool towels were €7 a day per towel plus a €10 deposit. All meals were buffet, the restaurant was tired, in desperate need of refreshment. The food choices were good, however the food was awful. Extremely uncomfortable bed, the shower head needed replacing. My room didn’t have any air conditioning, I can’t comment on others. The pictures on booking.com website looked nice, however when you actually see the area, things look very different. The whole place is very tired and in desperate need of modernising. I found some staff actually quite rude at fairly. With all these issues taken into account, I checked after just 3 nights, it wasn’t a pleasant experience and in my opinion shouldn’t be on booking.com until many issues have been rectified.

The food was actually decent for an all-inclusive, however it is repetitive. The alcohol selection is good as well. The pool is a nice size however it is cold. There was always a sun lounger free. Lovely bar staff and entertainment staff were always making us giggle. The building, doors to the rooms and the rooms themselves are extremely dated (however they ARE clean). We had a leak which took them 2 days to fix. The property is in a residential area and there is not a lot to do or places to go. The staff at check in were really rude.
