Hotel La Fragata Coveñas

Very good

The hotel is not big but very good specially the stuff everybody was very nice, we arrived at 1am and the security make sure we have a room that night until morning because no one was working at night to help us with checking. But we have only two days and was very pleasant. No really to complain, we was there in a slow time so can’t expect to have everything open!!

Los desayunos son buenos. The breakfasts are good . Las Toallas eran viejas y ásperas.The towels were old and rough.

The restaurant is very good, includin g breakfast. The staff very friendly and helpful. They are extremly concerned that a person who is not a hotel guest could come anywhere close to the pool. In my view they exaggerated this.

The hotel is more for families with kids. The staff and the entire hotel isn't prepared for non Spanish speaking tourists. The bedroom and shower are very simple and need a few updates. AC and fan works. The staff is friendly, but nobody speaks one world English. The resort has a nice beach and pool area. Breakfast is included. All other meals and drinks are extra to pay. The mojito was very soft. Not a lot of alcohol inside. For 2 days I paid 220k pesos. It's overpriced for the quality. See before.

Restroom too small and does not have any ventilation duct. The room needs a least one chair and small table. Closets too small for three or four people. Too many mosquitos at the restaurant. Kind of annoying. Thanks

En general todo, instalaciones, comida la antencion

There was very little that I did not like. I have to enquirer with booking.com because I paid for this booking on line but the hotel says they did not receive payment. So I had to make a payment at the hotel. How do I get my money back from what was charged online.

The fridge was not working and the toilet did not flush all the time. Some of the staff were not as polite as one would expect at a hotel.

The bedroom are so old, bad smell in the bathroom, not hot watter in the shawer, the wi fi never work.

Pool not maintained. Rooms too small for the price

The staff was nice and very friendly. specially, Elkin at the restaurant. Too loud. The water bar speakers face the rooms, they should face the ocean. couldn’t sleep until the music stopped at 2:00am.

High spectating cause price but no..is the worse hotel

All the staff were very nice the breakfast was good the rooms were very small and close to the street. so we heard all the noise of the cars.

Right on the beach! Air conditioning very nice cool where your freezing literally! No shower head in shower just a pipe with low pressure water, no towels. We asked for new one and the house keeper said said you got one that's it reuse it for our whole stay.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant service was a little slow but this was probably due to it being off season.

Nice staff, many options for breakfast, kind of expensive but was clean and the hotel was in front to the beach, the only super bad was that I always have to pay a fee for to go out of town and pay again for coming back even the road was horrible. Pay a fee for a horrible road every time, I got to go out of town.
