It was a short walk from the train station. It was scruffy, couldn’t even get an iron to iron my clothes.

It was easy enough to get to and park The building smelled of smoke, was rund dow and dirty. Black mould was everywhere, radiators were rusting, wallpaper/paint peeling, stains and dirt on floors and chairs, sockets broken. The front door looked liked it had been forced open and did not look safe. Water pressure was bad.

Cheap I recieved a parking fine from the car park despite registering my details with reception as advised. I even double checked that I could come and go as I pleased and was reassured I would not need to re register my reg. Very stressful and expensive

For the second night, they changed me to a decent room, after having the worst night ever in a hotel We stayed for 2 nights, and it was a terrible experience. When we checked into our room, it was dirty, and the shower was broken—it was making loud noises all night that kept us from sleeping. Because the shower was stuck running hot water, the room became uncomfortably hot. To make matters worse, the only fan provided was broken, and staff didn't have a replacement. On top of that, the guest in the next room was smoking, which set off the fire alarm and led to a lot of commotion in the hallway. Overall, the property looks nothing like the photos online.

Not much It was very old and tired. Not overly clean and smelt horrible we had to buy ans air freshener. There were also leaking pipes in the bathroom

There was nothing to like. I had to check out a day early because that place is clearly not what is being advertised here The place was dirty, the carpets stained throughout , peeling walls, smelly damp corridors. I wonder how they are passing Health and safety audits because that place is inhabitable. I was so shocked when l got there. It should be closed down
