We loved the hotel and the city
-
Check in was totally messed up
-
very nice, great location

The breakfast service was fair. Not only did they run out of paper products (plates) but also did not have enough food. The area was not very well maintained as there was trash and garbage was left all over the counter (pancake batter & juice) I realize people should clean up after themselves but that is also what the staff is for. We stayed three nights and on the last day we had to ask for clean towels as they were never provided.

Room was clean, although it lacked bedding for sofa bed and shampoo in the shower. Area was nice, fairly quiet, although the main street was very very busy. Breakfast wasn't very good., didn't even look appetizing. Overall hotel experience was ok, not impressed enough to stay there again.

Cons: Being on the first floor, you hear every step of the people above you. Loud stomping sounds like a heard of elephants. The shower doors are EXTREMELY heavy and nearly impossible to open and close. Mildew in shower. Breakfast area on the last day of our stay was a MESS. It seemed like they were overwhelmed/understaffed for the number of guests.

The breakfast was average but okay. Nice area to eat and to join up with friends. Many restaurants are close by.

Super clean and inviting. Staff was wonderful.

Room to room. It’s very frustrating and I lost one of my Apple Watch chargers as a result. I have stayed at Hampton Inns before and was satisfied. This stay was disappointing.

-
The hotel is very clean and spacious. Breakfast as OK. Parking lot was full so check in early.
-
great stay!

Kitchen needs some help. Clean and big bed rooms. No life jackets are provided at the pool. Staff are friendly. Someone is always around the lobby to help.
-
I only stayed there fir a 5 hour sleep. Bed was comfortable, air wasn't noisy, hot shower. Clean.
-
What i like is the extended hour for check out most of the hotels have standard time 3pm check in and 11 am check out. This makes Hampton Inn stand out from the rest
-
Great staff and about a 30-40 mins from Pittsburgh proper

All public areas and room were very clean. The staff were nice, and the front desk clerk was very professional. (He just talked rather fast, so at times it was hard to understand everything that he was saying.) We didn’t do breakfast, apparently that’s part of what I didn’t understand, but that’s ok! We came down to check out & had time to get breakfast, but chose not to - we had to get home. Would definitely stay here again!
