The check-in process was very slow. It could have been faster, especially since it was a weekend, I expected faster turn around

Excellent location to get on the Paris metro and very close to car parking. The restaurant food was extremely good. Nadira waited on us and is a true gem! The train noise is slightly annoying. I was stunned that the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

No room cleaning. The water from the bathroom sink did not drain and was not repaired during my stay.

I like the area the hotel was situated because it was quiet. And the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was horrible. Lack of choices and to have an omelette (No hard boiled eggs) you have to pay extra. Some of the food was cold and I had to wait 12 minutes for some hot croissants.

Nothing I booked a hotel and when I arrived in the middle of the night, the reception told me that because of overbooking I had to leave the hotel it was 23.00 and they will refund my booking up to now there is no refund is being made 269 Euros for throwing out the clients !!! And not refunding and I was not the only one. Shameful

Very poor receptionist I found a receptionist who neglects his job he is supposed to do for a client . But so far of that because I found insults me from receptionist when I went to check out. where I stayed I had a 7 day parking ticket and I only used it for 2 days because the van doesn't fit properly from the height of the roof and it is stuck. Instead of telling me ok he told me to send an email so that maybe I can get a refund from the hotel because he checked out he can't give me the difference back. He also started a fight telling me to talk to the manager I will be blacklisted. I am really surprised by this type of attitude. I am a regular customer but this last time I booked in a hotel courtyard reception very ignorant

Location was convenient for the rugby match we were attending at the nearby Stade. Unbelievably both the restaurant and bar were closed on the Friday and Saturday evening despite the hotel having multiple bookings for the nearby rugby match. There were virtually no other eating/drinking options nearby in the predominantly residential Creteuil area
