The location and aesthetics of the hotel are wonderful. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and great size. No problem with earlier check-in, staff very hospitable. I definitely recommend the place ???

Absolutely everything. It looks like a motel 6 from 1970 and smells like high school boys locker room. Also only hotel where a couple is charged higher rate than a single and towels are doled out accordingly.

Perfect location for beach and restaurants. Breakfast was fine, lots of lovely local fruit. You do need to get up early to have a choice of croissants. We came down late and just the chocolate ones left The room doesn’t come with coffee/tea making facilities but the receptionist was very happy to provide this when we asked???

Bed was ok and balcony had a nice view to the sea. Room was quite dirty. Since our room had view to the riva, it was way too noisy. Although hotel claims to have its own parking, the parking was full?!?!?!?

it’s position It was only just ok. The towels were threadbare. The whole place needed a deep clean and redecorating. it was a couple of steps up from a Blackpool B&B. Sad, because it had a brilliant place. Garage yard behind the hotel was good.

Location was fantastic and so close to everything. very strategic. a great advantage to have the best of the town just a few steps away Rooms are often too hot, especially those towards the seaside
