There was nothing to like about that property. The property was clean, I sense some kind o f weird smell, the facilities were not working specially the Wi-Fi. the lift was so tiny I barely manage to get into it, the shared kitchen was OK, but the room was not clean at all specially the floor was filthy and dirty. in the bathroom there was no shampoo. the breakfast was very poor and you have to make it yourself and I did not expect to face it.

Location was near the beach on edge of Crotone town. Room did have it's own bathroom and balcony. It was not clear in the description on the booking site that it was a small apartment with 3 bedrooms. That the kitchen area was communal and that other people would be able to access the communal area of the property during your stay. Yes, the bedroom could be locked. There was no lounge area as such, just the kitchen table. There was no breakfast. Yes there was a coffee machine. Granted we did book last minute in mid October as we were on a road trip, but description and pictures do not accurately reflect the apartment, room or set up. It wasn't a problem but none of this information was clear when booking. Parking was street parking only so you had to be lucky to get a spot.

Excellent location, 100-150m to the sea, big balcony with sea view, good value of money. Host is very friendly, at the ground it’s a pizza restaurant it’s an 3 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen

The bed was amazing. Everything was really good. Really clean. In the City, near to the sea. Just a little bid difficult to find.

The property was in a good location and close to the beach walkway. The building was quiet and the elevator was nice. The room was spacious and clean in general except the comforter was old and didn’t seem clean. There was lots of storage space and the staff was friendly at check in. The room smelled a bit of smoke and although advertised as a sea view it is only partial. There is no breakfast as it advertised but one could make a coffee (couldn’t figure out the machine) and there was a small packaged dessert on the shared kitchen table. Do not expect the room to be cleaned between days and toiletries were bottles shared between guests. The comforter was old and didn’t smell clean.

The location is really good! 1 block from the sea and a few minutes walking from the main street! Hope this works to improve the service…otherwise I would not give the feedback! Lets go…1-the room was not clean enough (rest of food…probably bread on the table and below the bed…I am talking just about the room ok)…2-the bathroom is not the same shown in the pictures (it is much worse)…3-the facilities included towels, but no towels were provided…4-the rate included breakfast, but no breakfast was offered or served…5-sea view…well…I could see something blue in between the building from a tiny lateral balcony (once there was not description of “how much” of the sea you could see…it is ok…I am not complaining much about this one!)…as I said…I am offering my sincere feedback hoping to improve the service!
