excellent location. Unfortunately on the day of arrival there was no water, it was a city problem, but the staff did their best to alleviate the situation by providing free bottled water for washing and on check out offered a big discount for our stay.

as advertised. staff was really accommodating. they were super helpful as we came in the off season and didn’t speak any Italian. they helped us with cabs and reservations which was above and beyond. nothing, it was perfect.
