Cundavilla Hotel & Suites

The welcome was very warm. We stayed in a wonderful room, clean and comfortable. Our three-day stay in Cunda was the perfect choice for our wedding anniversary. We loved the breakfast, prepared with delicious local products. We are now addicted to Turkish breakfasts ourselves. Many thanks to Mr. Levent and his team. We will definitely be back! No

We love every single part of our stay in Cunda Villa!

The location of the hotel was very good, it is 15 min walking and 6 min driving distance from Cunda Center. You can walk to Cunda center on cute side streets of Cunda. The property had lots of different sizes of rooms. The suit rooms had sea view. The regular room we stayed had a pool view and a very partial sea view. Rooms had cute balconies. We had some difficulty in making AC work but we figured it out eventually. Bathroom was pretty small and outdated. The property had a nice garden and cafeteria area where breakfast was served. Breakfast was wonderful: full of hot and cold choices of Turkish breakfast freshly prepared and it was very filling. We visited the property on a low season, so it was quiet. It is a nice place for families, couples and friends. Hotel also serves dinner but early notice was required. The owners of the property was friendly and helpful giving us recommendation for nearby beaches and other areas. Hotel has a nice private beach but there is room for improvement. Seaweeds can be cleaned and the platform that reaches to the sea can be renovated. We also noticed that the used tea/coffee cups and bottles were left on the tables by the sunbeds all day and night long which was not a nice view for the rest of the guests.

The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. They made our stay comfortable and checked in with us every morning at breakfast to see whether we needed anything. The breakfast was delicious and fresh served next to the beachfront. The location was convenient and the amenities were great. We would definitely stay here again - it was great value for money.

People were so nice and helpful. Always they asked what we need. Pool and the room were nice. The breakfast was great. The beach was bad due to wind so we could not use. And i think it is little expensive but in Turkiye, nowadays everything is expensive. They can make small changes in the breakfast. It is the same everyday.

The location was perfect, 10 steps to the beach, walking distance to the old town and cafes and restaurants. It was quiet which was what we wanted. Suited to families and those looking for a non party hotel. The room was spotless and we had a beautiful sea view. The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. I wish we’d stayed longer.

This is truly one of the nicest hotel you can stay in Cunda the views are absolutely stunning and unforgettable. I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cunda. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with great attention to detail throughout. The host was very welcoming and easy to reach, always available to help with anything we needed. A nice touch was the breakfast, which offered a great variety of delicious options and made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, a peaceful and visually beautiful stay in a prime spot in Cunda. Would absolutely return!

Amazing hotel and staff. We had the best stay. Will be back! The hotel is really cute and clean. Perfect location on the beach with amazing views and loads of restaurants nearby. Nice and surprisingly quiet which we loved, as we were out partying but nice to come back and have sleep. Staff were excellent. Thank you!

We only thought to stay one night passing through the region, but loved the location, the staff, the food, and the area so much we extended our stay for the remainder of our time in Turkey! If you are considering visiting Ayvalik and/or Cunda Island, I highly recommend this local hotel villa and restaurant! Wonderful people! And there is access to a private beach and pool and is only a few minute walk to the south side of the island.

The location is peaceful but still close to the restaurants on Cunda. Breakfast is a bit on the late side, starting at 10:00 during off-season weeks. However, it is such a big and high quality breakfast that it’s worth the wait!

Initially, I had only planned to spend 2 nights at this hotel but I enjoyed the stay so much that I ended up extending it ;) The location is simply perfect , right on the beach , offering magnificent view, soothing and relaxing setting. The staff are extremely friendly incredibly warm and attentive Burcin & Levent are always ready to listen and help , this family atmosphere really made me feel at home, the breakfast was delicious and fresh ?? It’s the perfect place to relax and recharge your batteries ! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back , it’s my new happy place , see you soon !

Beautiful apartment in Cunda! Clean, good mattress, all staff for cooking, nice garden. The staff is very kind and we feel her attention to us. I’m happy to stay there, thank you for good rest and hospitality.

What a fantastic holiday my wife and I had at Cundavilla Hotel….. A beautiful little hotel, right on the beach, with everything you need for a relaxing time. The hosts, Levent and Burcin, are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much. Arif who does most of the cooking as well as all the other staff at the hotel are equally friendly and helpful. There is a huge breakfast each morning that keeps you going for most of the day. The lunch/evening menu is not huge but adequate and all the dishes we ate were superb. The hotel is located about 1 km from Cunda town which is a lively little place with plenty of restaurants & bars. There are also boat trips and a ferry boat to the larger town of Ayvalik on the mainland, a nice alternative to taxi. We spent 1 week at the Cundavilla Hotel and when we left we felt so sad saying goodbye to everyone, we had started to feel part of their ‘family’. I cannot recommend too highly, the best beach holiday ever…. Nothing

Everyone works as a team,the owners,the employees, the service is excellent,I highly recommend this hotel,they are very friendly and make you feel like you are at home,definitely I will back. I really enjoyed it a lot,I don’t have any bad comments.
