Great property and room. Loved Cunda and Ayvalik. Owners Tayfun and his wife were great hosts. We had fun. Highly recommend

Lovely old building

It was a very short stay. Perfect location. Clean. Nice stuff. Nice building but designed not as a hotel. You can hear everything coming inside.

The staff was really nice, and helpful, so here I give 10 points. We liked to eat our own food, as the restaurants are really overpriced in Cunda, and they allowed us to use their plates, cuttlery, and cleaned after us - I didn't even expect it, so it was a nice suprise. The hotel is decent, nicely renovated, and it feels good to be there. The staff was communicative, and translating with google from Turkish to English, so we felt we are able to communicate nicely. I was a bit dissapointed with breakfast - I would say it's good, but not "fabolous" as the booking.com says. We had better breakfasts later during that trip. There is a little problem with the bathroom, as there's no ventilation and the moist doesn't have a place to escape... You can figure out by yourself what that means in a longer run... I would give an advice to the owner to install some shelfes in rooms, so guests can unpack their clotes comfortably, and some small tables next to beds, for phone, book, and whatever else. We had to store everything on the floor, and it was a bit messy. The walls are only protecting from seeing people in other room, but that's clear from other reviews, that you can hear people wispering behind the wall. In our room (nr 1) we had to put a carpet against the window, which opens towards the inner hall, as the light was shining in and making it hard to sleep. Price is high for this standard... But, in the end, you're in Cunda... everything here will be overpriced, except for buses, veggies in a veggie shop, and bread in bakery ;)

Nicely decorated, at the heart of Cunda, with exceptionally nice people running it. We loved it!

Nice boutique hotel with a great location in Cunda for a comfortable stay. Quiet and peaceful place with an excellent breakfast. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating. Recommended!

Beautiful stone house in an ideal location!

Location is great, car parking is possible, spacious room and comfortable, bathroom is clean, owners of hotel are very kind. Soundproofing.

Exceptional

Very cosy hotel with great location and extremely friendly staff. When I go through the reviews, I was expecting something a bit off. However, it met all of our expectations. I also want to mention that it had a very decent and fulfilling breakfast. I understand the concerns about noises but you should really bot expect more from a historic but renewed stone house. It was not a problem at all. Only thing was that the bed being a bit firm for myself. But was not a major concern at all.

Fantastic location! Tastefully decorated, cosy home-like feel. Helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again Soundproofing could be improved but not too much of a problem
