The décor and furniture was exceptional. There were 2-3 steps to get to the elevator. If you have heavy luggage, this would be good to know.

friendly team, nice room breakfast was not like a 4 star hotel, the cappuccino taste was under Italian coffee level the recommdation for a pizzeria near the hotel was not good

Perfect. As for the breakfast I would like the pancakes and boiled eggs to be hot as they were cold. Loved the croissants The distance with the center of Milano. If you dont have a car you need taxi which costs 60 euro from the hotel to the Milano centrale

Good hotel for those traveling by car, as it is very practical to park in front of your room. Good facilities and good value for money. I had problems with noise on one of the days, as my room was next to a service area. I also had problems requesting another sheet, as the employee wanted to charge for it, which I've never seen in any other hotel I've stayed at before.
